Tres satisfait du produit, je cherchais quelque chose pour créer de la resistence dans l'eau pendant mes seance d'entrainement a la piscne . Je l'utilise pour travailler les biceps sous l'eau qui n'est pas un muscle facile a soliciter sans materiel. Je l'utilise tres souvent et marche a merveille. Ca corrige aussi les mouvements pendant le crawl et la brasse. Je le recommande
