Powerpuff Girls: The Complete Series (DVD)

It is a awesome old cartoon network show. The title song is iconic and amazing. And the animation is awesome also. The stories are exciting and full of action all the way through the episodes. It is a must watch cartoon network show.

This DVD set of one of my favorite childhood shows is absolutely perfect! The slim design that houses all of the Discs doesn't take up much space on my overflowing movie shelf. The display quality of the episodes is great it's just like watching them back when I was 8. I actually like that the credits roll after each episode evem on play all mode because it lets you see the voice credits. (Im a nerd for that stuff.) And the skip scene function on your DVD lines up with skipping the end credits and the theme song so that you can easily just watch through all of the episodes with a couple clicks of a button. There's a little booklet inside that has a list of every single episode per disc and season. The subtitles are a decent quality to provide some context on things you might have missed when you were a kid. They are on the larger side and there's no way to adjust that size so that's kind of my only gripe about the settings. Overall highly recommend!!!

No issues with packaging as others have mentioned a black stripe across the front. All cds came safely in their case and play without issue. Tested them all and they are they great original quality! Excited to share the wonders of power puff girls with my daughter once she is old enough!

Buy it! It’s streaming on Tubi atm, my review should be time stamped) but HBOMAX took it down and it wasn’t available anywhere. I bought up all the Cartoon Network box sets. If you like the show I guess your reading reviews to see if there is a problem. Nope. I wouldn’t hold your breath on Blu Ray. I’m going back to physical media and owning what I like.

A great collection, too bad it doesn't include the theatrical movie. The bonus content is amazing. Too bad we don't get Complete series boxsets like this anymore

I like it a lot.

The first thing I noticed when I pulled it out of the amazon box was the thick black line across the front of the box. I'm extremely puzzled by it. I'm completely certain it's a misprint. Luckily, the case inside is unscathed. The packaging is a little cheap, the discs either come loose and fall off or are a genuine challenge to removed from the case. The menus are pretty minimal, only the bare essentials. The video quality is perfect honestly, it's in standard 4x3 and the only way to improve the experience is to watch it on an old CRT like the good ole days. It doesn't need to be an HD super duper widescreen edition (because it simply doesn't exist, the cartoon was made in the 90's before widescreen TVs were really a thing) though a blu-ray release might be nice someday. I'm honestly just glad the complete series was re-released at all and I feel very lucky to have it. My inner child is very happy :)
