Super durable umbrella. I even did the “bend the tip of it to the handle” and it’s so sturdy. It’s not windy enough here to see it flip upward, but I see the slits around the middle where it makes it more flexible to go back to its original shape after being flipped inside out. It’s very portable, it fits nicely in the kids backpacks or on the side of my car door. It’s lightweight and blocks the sun. One of my umbrellas unfortunately was not working properly, so I had to email them, and i was able to get a hold of someone and send them a video of what was going on, and almost immediately after, they sent me a new one, and it works perfectly! They[Gen]were also very kind and I felt the sincerity. Even made sure I got the tracking, the back and forth really made it seem like they were one of my neighbors. 10/10! Easy for me and the kids to use. Not my 3 year old tho, she doesn’t have that good of a force to push the button. But I do like how it’s not tooo easy to open close. Because of the placement of my hand, technically Im holding the button. I’m really happy about the lifetime warranty. I’m definitely going to recommend to everyone I can. I got the basic black ones, I didn’t want the kids to argue lol I do recommend this umbrella. Super affordable and now I have a favorite umbrella company.

We moved to the city and we ordered the 3 pack for our commute. They have held up well with all the rain and wind from the fall and winter- sturdy, good coverage, easy to open/close. One spoke happened to break and I reached out to customer service since their lifetime warranty was something that impressed me when we purchased them. Gen was so responsive and helpful! We received a replacement within days, and that was even over the weekend. I would still give it 5 stars for quality and definitely for customer service!

The umbrella works good, it is easy to manage. The size of it is Perfect. No the only issue that I have for this umbrella is that is easy to lose the umbrella protector.

Smaller than I expected but that's my fault. Worked as described. Haven't had rain to test it all the way but definitely quality so far. Would recommend.

Purchased three a pack of three. Tried to use for the first time after 2 months of purchase and one of the supports broke. Tried to contact amazon, no option as it was past 1 month of purchase. Tried to use the support option which basically asked me lots of questions and did nothing. The product states it comes with a lifetime warranty. Its an umbrella was only able to use it when I needed it on a windy day and it broke. The company sent me a replacement when I contacted them directly, that is all expected.
