I really am enjoying this new system. It was very carefully packaged into a large box, so much so that it took 5-10 minutes just unboxing it, and I don't see a high chance that anyone would receive a broken computer based on the quality of the packaging. I only got it yesterday, so hopefully I will be able to add to this review in the future, but as of now, I have played Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War, and Minecraft Java (1.8.9 and 1.20.1). I got improved FPS from my previous system that had 16 GB DDR4 RAM, an AMD R9 4900HS, and an RTX 2060 Max-Q. On 1.8.9 Minecraft (with Optifine and other mods running) I was getting between 1800-2600 FPS with high-quality graphics enabled, on 1.20.1 I was able to get 200-300 FPS easily (I capped it for my monitor) with 16 chucks enabled. On Cold War with high graphics and ray tracing disabled, I was getting between 144 FPS (v-sync enabled, it can probably do more), and with Ray-Tracing enabled, I was getting easily 60 fps or more. On Fortnite, with Epic settings I get between 130-160 FPS average). Basically, I am satisfied with the purchase at the price point, and I'm enjoying my experience. In conjunction with this, I'm extremely impressed that the GPU never seems to surpass 60 degrees C, even under a high load (the highest I've seen yet was 55 degrees C). What's even more surprising is the fact that the fans barely make any noise at all. My own estimation (which might not be accurate since I'm merely testing it by ear) is that it's probably running the fans at less than 35 DB which is a huge improvement from my last system. Do keep in mind that this system is huge, though, which I personally like. But if you have a small space, expect to need a bigger desk to keep it on. Oh, and another thing! PLEASE INSTALL GEFORCE EXPERIENCE AND INSTALL GAME-READY DRIVERS!!! It will boost your FPS by tons and takes like 5 minutes to install. I was getting really bad FPS, then I installed Game Ready Drivers and it instantly fixed my problems. This tells me that the graphics drivers are probably very badly out of date, but this is EASILY fixed. Packaging/Shipping: 10/10 Gaming: 10/10 Noise/Thermals: 10/10 Graphics Drivers: 3/10 before installing Game Ready Drivers, and 10/10 after installing them. Size: Freaking Huge (around 16 1/2 in. L x 8 in. W x 19 1/2 in. H) (16 1/2 x 8 x 19 1/2) (LxWxH)

Item was defective. Returned for a full refund and received a partial refund due a restocking fee for their defective item. Their policy says we have 30 days for full refund however that is not the case. We were charged $163 for the restocking. Please beware if you purchase this item because if you pay full price and receive a defective one you won't be getting all your money back.

I was upgrading from a custom Gaming PC Build from 2017 that didn't support Win 11. I decided to go pre-built this time, just to save some cash and some headaches. Build quality is phenomenal (already opened it up and installed a new NVME) and I've had literally zero crashes or headaches for nearly a year. Computer gets heavy daily use as a coding workstation, gaming PC, and DAW/Audio Production as well as general computing (browsing, document editing, etc) Performs admirably, runs all the games you'd expect it to run. Just remember the hardware isn't top of the line so you might run into a bit of issues running brand new top of the line games at full spec. Keyboard it comes with is fine but unremarkable, I replaced it with a mech. Surprisingly great mouse comes with it (used it to replace the gaming mouse I used to use) All in all a great purchase for the price

Little under 2 years of ownership and I can tell you it does everything I want it to. For price, specs and ease of setup, this was money well spent. Pre-built systems seems to be the best route now-a-days for quality and bang for your buck. I have a different mechanical keyboard than what came with the PC and I have a razer gaming mouse that I use I have the i5 14th gen, 4080 GPU build. I run Helldivers II on the highest settings and have no FPS drops and it looks great. Cons: My front LED lights on my fans went out yesterday. Im disappointed only because they are flashing and distracting me from my games.

So, the machine out of the box works great, just as advertised. However It is not actually very "DIY friendly" despite claiming to be so. 1 - The SSD that comes with it is the size of a stick of gum and directly attached to the motherboard. You cannot swap it out with a 2.5 inch style SSD at all, there's no room. 2 - The default built in CPU fan covers one of the RAM ports, making it unusable. There are 3 more to be fair, but I would have loved to utilize all 4 slots. It came with 2 sticks of RAM, but adding any more is an issue with the fan there. 3 - The PSU is not at all easily replaceable. The PSU is stuck in a small basement at the bottom of the case with little room to maneuver, and all of the connections are hardwired in, you can't unplug any connections nor are there slots to add any. Overall, good rig, works as advertised, but if you want to do anything besides swap basic parts like RAM sticks or the GPU youre gonna have a hard time working with it
