DAY 9 UPDATE: Still no side affect but I highly recommend that on day 6 to stop digesting the drops and just mix it with castor oil ( instead of olive oil) and rub it on the lump or bump area and. ( your underarms, front of neck, back of your neck, and abdomen over night if you do not have an oil wrap) and rub it inside of your navel too .. Rub it into each area very good for at least 20 seconds to make sure it’s absorbed …( research where is your lymphatic points ) I read that it is best to only digest 2-3 drops only for 5 days....end of update....DAY 4 Update : I have inflammation in my neck to my abdomen whereas I feel it working~ I been taking 3 drops (not 3 dropper full ) a day for 3 days, and on day 4 ( today) I took 2 drops instead, and it don’t feel like a mild sedative like it did when I took 3 drops .. i plan to only stick with 2 drops a day. I am also taking probiotic so it can help the herxing of the inflammation. I can feel it working in my body..I feel a very relaxed feeling after taking it ~ NO PAIN~NO UPSET STOMACH~~end of update ~~DAY 1 ~ I chose this poke root, due the reviews. I prefer reputable supplements over medicine and I looked forward to trying this liquid poke root. I mixed mine with 3 drops of olive oil , ( i used a dropper) inside of a 16 ounce water bottle ( cap ) and I added 3 drops of poke root tincture to it..next I let it sit under my tongue to the count of 30 ( I wanted to make sure it absorbed under my tongue. The longer I hold it, under my tongue, the better for me...or.... at least hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow...I like taking liquid supplements under my tongue to get into my blood stream as quick as possible..I followed it with a glass of ph Alkaline water... p.s. I didn't add 3 droppers, I only added 3 drops! I am only doing this once a day to help decrease inflammation that is in my thyroid, kidney and liver,. When you buy olive oil to use with it, make sure it says " cold press " on the bottle of olive oil. That insures that you are using pure oil..Some people put drops in a glass of water or there smoothie. I used olive oil due to the health benefits of olive oil, and I wanted a carrier with it since I wanted to place it under my tongue. I will keep you updated. I am heavy into supplements so I order empty glass bottles with droppers so that I can take my supplements with accuracy. If I didn't have a dropper, I would just fill a bottle cap almost to the top with olive oil and add 3 drops ( not droppers) of poke root tincture ..I notice other reviewers mistake the instructions of drops vs dropper full..I only use 3 drops. I only take it once a day. I also take it 2 hours away from other supplements or herbs

I used this product to support my immune system. I love that the syringe is designed to mange the amount you use discouraging over use. Its a great safe feature that I have come to appreciate.

I had a HUGE NOT on the back of my head for a good 40 years . I heard about poke root oil probably on T.V. and was desperate for any thing. I ordered it used it for a while and felt like it wasn't helping but a while it broke open (gross) and i crédit poke root oil for it..Im thinking bc i couldn't see results it wasn't work..JUST KEEP APPLYING IT WORKS!!!!!!!! .

I have lipomas on my leg and when they ache I rub this and castor oil, or I do a compress and it helps with the discomfort.

This herb must be used with Extreme Caution even when used on the skin. In fact I don't recommend using it at all without somebody who knows what they're doing . Like an herbalist guiding you or something. Extremely dangerous and can cause poisoning
