Very easy to install
With a 102mm hole saw, I cut the hole in the loft access hatch to give a little extra ventilation in my house. Hasn't appreciably helped with the heatwave but I'm happy with the product all the same. It probably costs pence produce so on that note the price could be lower £10ish pounds iirc) but, nevertheless, it functions as intended and will allow me to close it when the season turns colder.

Perfect and easy to fit
Comes with a collar which fits from underneath. Then you can screw from below into the plastic ring provided. After that you just push the centre of the air valve in and it stays on its sprung loaded clips.
