Bioflect® Capri Compression Leggings with Bioactive Fibers and Raised Massaging Knit for Support and Comfort

These fit perfectly, and the wavy texture feels so good! I'm 5'6" and they hit me at mid-calf. They're also a lot less difficult to put on than compression hose. I wanted compression to my calf because I have some mild vein issues and lipedema from the knees up that I don't want getting any worse. These put pep in my step without requiring 15 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous exercise to don. They're also very sturdy and breathable. Not for outerwear, folks - the seams make it clear they are an undergarment - so opacity (or lack thereof) is not an issue. N.b.: these are not good for people who get swelling in their feet. If you try to wear them, you risk fluid backing up below the calf. Kind of the opposite of what you want in a compression garment. Oh, I will add that they are very high waisted and might compress you a little tighter around the abdomen than is comfortable, esp. when you sit down, because they can roll. I find that I can fix this with a little adjustment.

This is my first experience with compression capris, so I was surprised by the challenge putting them on. The struggle was worth it since I am using them for medical reasons and they are great. I got these on the recommendation of my lymphedema therapist. The sizing chart showed that I could either get a medium or a large, so I went with the large. Even so, I had a lot of trouble getting them on. They did make me look noticeably slimmer. My pants felt almost too big. After the second washing, they were slightly easier to get on. Washing also made them less scratchy on my very sensitive skin.

I had tried other brands of compression leggings- only to break out in a sweat trying to get them on, followed by being miserable wearing them, having them get a snag on day one, and seeing no difference in how I felt or looked. An OT suggested trying these as an affordable alternative to the brand they order (for patients with better insurance.) I bought a pair months ago and have gradually been purchasing more because I am very satisfied with them. I find all of my Bioflect garments to hold up very well in the laundry (washed on cold in a mesh laundry bag and then hang to drip dry.) One pair did accidentally go through the dryer once, but they survived. I have not had any issues with seams tearing so far- but my oldest pair are only five months old. They fit comfortably and they are a whole lot easier to get on than any other compression legging I have tried. I wear them to help with my lipedema/lymphedema and find they are making a difference in terms of helping move the fluid. I needed to order one size down after a month of regular wear and I was delighted to rediscover I have ankles. They do have a bumpy weave, so probably wouldn't be appropriate for under a skin-tight "body con" style dress, but I wear them under all my clothes (dresses, jeans, dress pants). I am at the point now where I am uncomfortable if I am NOT wearing them. I have not experienced the waist band rolling down. Very pleased and will purchase more when these wear out.

I battle Lymphedema and Lipedema and I will not wear anything other than Bioflect garments. I absolutely loooooove them. The quality of the material is second to none. They are the most comfortable compression garment I have ever worn, and like I previously stated, I will not wear any other brand of compression....they are my go-to and I depend on them daily to keep me mobile and functional for myself as well as my family. I would also like to share that I buy the Capri length because it gives full leg coverage for us shorter ladies and it helps us save a few dollars too, lol. I have gone from wearing a 4XL to currently wearing an XL....I'm sooo proud of myself and the journey that I have been on and Bioflect has been with me every step of the way.

For reference: 5’5-6”, 210lb, have stage 2/3 lipedema. The sizing chart is great, the fit is phenomenal and the compression is nice. Easy to wear under slacks or jeans. Indents aren’t as bad as other compression gear. However, my big complaint is that the seams seem to be a bit shoddy - started fraying after three wears and popped a hole in the crotch. I’ve worn it ~15 times and haven’t had any other holes yet, washes well and doesn’t hold smell from sweat which is nice. I’d really like to give a higher score but at the price point I would expect more than three wears before holes start showing up.

These are great for lymphedema compression treatment. I have two pairs now, and they both work well at compression and lymphatic massage. The ribbed inside of the leggings is made to massage and break up lymphatic fluid underneath the skin. I can also wear them under the velcro lymphedema wraps. If you're undergoing treatment or just needing to massage your lymphatic fluid to move up to our lymph nodes, I recommend these. I also want to add that these are extremely size-inclusive. I'm in a much larger body, 454lbs at 5'3", and the 6x size fits me easily. Once I've got them on and wear them a bit, even these feel a little too large.

It's a great product, but I was not happy with the condition of the product when I received it. It was coated in some type of animal hair and has a strong oder of perfume and cigarettes. I didn't spend $85 for what seems like a used product

Delivery was terrible and cost was $188.00 Canadian. Way to small.

As a regular users of Bioflect compression wear we have found them as a very effective in managing our conditions. They are easy to put on and wear for long hours of the day, especially compared to some alternatives. However I did notice that this pair were a smaller fit than I normally would wear, so you may need to order a larger size.
