I definitely say yay to the speed complex. It doesn’t upset me and I’m an old lady.
I like the fact the way that it’s tested I like the fact that for the first time I could take a B complex without having an issue so I say yay

Is it raw?
I've been taking this for a year but with the latest batch I now get a flush, I have to assume, from the niacin. 30 minutes after ingesting, my skin itches and becomes red.....a typical niacin flush. Why? If this is "raw" (does this word even have any real legal meaning?} The dosage is not very nigh for niacin and I'm taking the one pill with food, but I am drinking hot coffee which may increase the flush. However, I was drinking hot coffee with my prior intakes of this product with no flush. Why a flush now? Is this a "from nature" product or is it typical man-made chemicals?

Great for digestion too.
I was looking for a vitamin B complex. As soon as I found this product had digestive enzymes I decided to give it a try. I also liked that it has Raw vitamin ingredients. As soon as I began to take them I felt the improvement in digestion. I have tried enzymes and other options nothing worked like this!! Overall clean ingredients. Recommended.

Love it!
This is the only vitamin b complex I’ve tried that doesnt upset my stomach and also seems to absorb well by my body. It doesn’t have a super potent scent like some other brands and hence doesn’t affect the you know what smell when you go to the bathroom. I’ll continue to repurchase this one for sure.
