Very strongly garlicky.
Used this in a tuna casserole with a can of Pacific Cream of Mushroom. This can of Roasted Garlic was WAAAAY to garlicky. It overwhelmed the casserole in it's entirety.

Winner! Excellent organic cream soup for eating or cooking!
Taste is good. Garlic very clearly in there but not enough to make you gasp. It is good on its own for a change of pace soup. I have used it in meatloaf, casserole, beef soup, sauces. It is good with beef, pork, fish, chicken, eggs. Texture is creamy and it mixes well. It's a winner!
