over all the product is good and simplify the needs what the problem i faced while i used the sticker hook for hanging the machine on wall after a thirty minutes the hook came out from the wall and the machine was fell down attached brush assembly was broken. so don't use that sticky hook . rest all functions are good little heavy i felt little pain while holding the machine so give a few minutes gap and do the job

The product looks good. Has light weight. The brushes supplied are also quite good. Now about the expectation vs reality gap: Why do we buy automatic tools for household work? 1. To avoid or reduce effort 2. To get better results than manual work. 3. To save time. This product scores well on point 1, ok on 2 and low on point 3. Whether you use the extension rod or not, you need to press the machine to the floor or the surface you want to clean. So yes, the scrubbing effort is avoided, but you still need the effort to press it to the floor. Because of the rotating brush, the machine keeps running away to the right. So you definitely need to put pressure to avoid it from just run away. If you use the extension rod, due to the tendency to run away, controlling becomes harder. Pressing it down also gets harder because the rod's design is not ergonomic. It caused lower back pain. The thread also keeps getting loose. Now the area of the brushes is not too big, so the speed of covering an area is quite as low as cleaning by hand. So, it doesn't save time. But the machine cleans well, if you slowly work your way, with small sections. Suggestions for the manufacturer: 1. please design an ergonomic extension rod 2. Design a way to prevent the running away effect of the brush. Perhaps two brushes rotating in opposite directions. 3. Have a mechanism to lock the rod to the machine in addition to the threads. Conclusion: Yes, the product does clean well, although slowly. With a few improvements the machine can be more useful and easy to use. Almost forgot. You need a micro-abrasive cleaning product like cif to get the best out of this scrubber. Good luck!

After a deep consideration & checking a few different brands of same item, I decided to buy this electric scrubber to ease our cleaning all around the house and to give less stress on pressure to the hands. The scrubber is equipped with battery where you charge and use it. They also gave 8 different type of brushes to be used in almost all type of surfaces. Except for the corner brush. Better if they give more pointed. Hope they will consider. The handle is not that heavy to hold. And this is just a scrubber and no provision to hold any cleaning liquids. You must pour the liquid on the surface you like to clean and run the handle with appropriate brush. Coming to the performance. This handle rotates in 2 different speeds. 400 & 300 rpm. Running time approx 50-60 mins. Though the company claims 90 mins. This handle is water proof for some extent similar to any mobile phones. Charging time is 4 hours. Type C cable is provided. Don't use it with high watts charger. Normal is fine. I cleaned my bathroom & wash basin and the results are quite satisfying. Though the machine needs some control when running as it slips from your hand. However, this machine is good for weekly cleaning. May not be good for long time stains. The handle is expandable to a length of 4 feet. I bought it for ₹2740 though the price on the box is different. They also give 6 months extended warranty after you register the product online. I'm waiting for the confirmation. Overall this product is very good. Satisfying results. You can buy the same design/model with other manufacturers at half the price of this. It's their personal wish & preference.

Product is good, but as the surface area is less it is taking more time for cleaning. And the brushes are not intact. Due to the speed of the machine they get drifted away from the surface and sometimes the brushes get removed automatically. I needed to fix the brushes again and again. Overall cleaning was good , but time taking for side tile walls in the bathroom and sinks.
