Hits great first time then calms down
It hit great when I first took it now it doesn’t really do anything that I can feel. The first time I took it I felt great I was in an amazing mood having a great workout but now it doesn’t really give me that energy but it probably still does stuff because I haven’t gained any fat only muscle since I started taking these but not sure if it’s due to this or the iron vegan athlete gainer I started taking

Great for hypothyroid fatigue.
I love carnitine. This is a great value. I take it for the fatigue that comes with hypothyroidism. I know that there are reviews that say you should never take carnitine if you have low thyroid. This makes absolutely no sense to me and I could find no science to back up that belief. After all, meat has high amounts of carnitine and low thyroid patients are not told to stop eating meat, are they? Of course not! There is plenty of information that backs up taking carnitine to aid with the fatigue that low thyroid patients may experience. Now, there are studies that say that it helps hyperthyroidism calm down. Could it be because it helps balance those with an overactive thyroid? Just because it helps lower hyperthyroid does not necessarily mean it is not to be taken with a hypothyroid condition. This is faulty thinking and jumping to conclusions that are not backed up by the facts. If it makes you feel better, check with your doctor/nutritionist/naturopath.
