Pixel family addition
What an awesome companion. I look the fitment, the comfort, the ease-of-use, the durability, and the practicality! Although the battery only lasts a full day, I still get well into the second day. It's an amazing watch even today.

Came with non-functional charger (and no charge)
I would love to tell you more about this, but they sent me a charger that does not actually plug in to a brick. Horrible.

Good value
Wanted a watch to match my wife's new phone but didn't really want to invest $300+ in a new model before seeing if she would wear it. This option was appealing because the pixel 1 watch, undoubtedly without the same functionality as the more recent 3, looks almost identical to my old eyes as the current model. It didn't come in the original box, but 2 different colored (gray and black) straps were included with the charger cable. The straps took a few seconds to figure out how to attach to the watch face, but it was pretty intuitive. Just kind of slide/hook them in. It had enough battery to immediately power up, and she's been thrilled with it ever since, tracking her steps and other useful features to monitor as she's walking around a hospital all day. Looks and fits great, and excellent functionality. Only complaint would be the proprietary charger has a USB C you have to plug in somewhere and the only charger I had you could plug in a USB C cable to charge was my own phone charger so we've been battling over that until we remember to get one out. One included would've been nice, or at least being more informative that one would be needed.

Came with a bad battery at first, but they were able to ship a new one in time.
When I first received this watch, it came with a horrifically bad battery. I knew that, even though this is my first Pixel Watch, the battery drained *very* fast, even while it was charging! I talked with Google Support, and they confirmed it too. So I sent it back for replacement, and after a little while, the new one comes and it works considerably longer, with no unusual flaws. I have been using it for the past few months now and battery life is still the same. No new problems have popped up, and it works well with the features on my Pixel 7, including camera and Pixel's Personal Safety. It's a nice accessory to answer calls, respond to messages and notifications, track fitness, and more. There is a current issue with it, though, where music apps will bug out if you flip the watch when they're open, but otherwise I have no issues with the Wear OS. I would like to mention that, even on the Google Store website, it notes how the battery life on the original Pixel Watch doesn't last long enough (I have to charge it every morning), compared to all-day battery life on the Pixel Watch 2, so that's something to consider when choosing between this and the newer model.

Hands down the best company and software and hardware you can buy good investment
You can't go wrong with Google pixel so far. I got the phone. The watch the tablet, the pin, the keyboard. All things left now is the earphones or the earbuds. I can't think of anything else that Google sells right now, but I'll look into it

Demo unit, not bad... But returned
If this was a normal pixel watch 1, I would've kept it 100%. After getting this I realized the strap was locked in place... This is the first sign of it being an in store demo unit. This was later not a problem, turns out of you push the button and pull very hard on the strap, it comes out and you just have to clean out the glue residue from inside the watch afterwards. The screen was perfect, no burn in for me. But I can understand the burn in from other reviewers who got not so good demo units. Mine was spotless. The reason for the return is because the demo unit is essentially a low powered normal version. So it has 1gb ram instead of 2, and 8 gb storage instead of 32. Still, not too bad of a price at this point, it's just not a good priced deal like I expected. This lowered ram means I cannot update the watch (it fails on the install) and using NFC payments is disabled. Had the charge the watch twice just to last the day, and as beautiful as the watch is, it wasn't worth it. Plus I think health sensors aren't functional, but don't quote me on that. If the seller could've knocked the price down to sub 50$ I would've kept it as it's definitely better than cheap Chinese smart watches here. I was offered only 10$ recompensed on 115$ payment. Based off all this, and that review that said 'dont think it won't happen to you' I think it's safe to say you'll get a demo unit, just the question is what condition will the screen be in.

Disappointed - looks good but doesn't hold up
I was really excited about this smartwatch when it first arrived. The design looked nice and setup was easy, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. The battery life is pretty poor. I'm lucky to get through a full day without needing to charge it, and if I use any of the fitness tracking features heavily, it drains even faster. I was expecting at least 2-3 days based on the description, but that's definitely not happening. The bigger issue is durability. I've only had it for a few months and it's already showing significant wear. The screen has some scratches even though I've been reasonably careful with it, and the band is starting to come apart at the connection point. For the price, I expected it to hold up much better than this. It does track steps and notifications fine when it's working, but I'm concerned about how long it'll actually last. I've seen other reviews mentioning similar issues, so I don't think I just got a defective unit. If you're looking for a budget option and don't mind replacing it in less than a year, it might work for you. But if you want something that will last, I'd recommend spending a bit more on a different brand. Probably won't be buying from this company again.

The watch regularly failed to track my workouts, was slow and sluggish and stopped charging less than a month after I started using it. Complete waste of money.
