After a recent basement flood, we had a couple of dehumidifiers running but the air still smelled musty and my asthmatic husband complained that he couldn't sleep. Thinking that air quality might be a contributing factor, I orderd this MOUNTO 550 cfm Air Scrubber with a HEPA filter. After running 24 hours, our basement air was noticeably less musty and it was easier to breathe upstairs. The HEPA filter is supposed to capture particles down to 0.3 microns, and since mold spores are supposed to be 1 to 40 microns in size, I'm hoping that this air scrubber will keep our air much cleaner. He hasn't complained in the last few days, so I'm crediting this air scrubber for it. The only problems I had with it was that there was no owner's manual or directions. I found some online videos (none from the manufacturer) that helped me set it up. And, it's a bit noisy but it's not a problem since we live upstairs and the air scrubber lives in the basement. It has worked well for the 10 days we've had it plugged in and I am very happy with it so far.

I used this though the whole kitchen renovation project at home. I use it almost daily to trap and remove whatever leftover particles are in the air. Moved a lot of air. Double filter that is easy to get to. Also has an hour meter to help keep track of use and filter hours. It appears that you can reset the hours when needed. Cover allows to keep the filter isolated and free from unwanted debris when storing or not in use. Extra GFCI receptacles are useful when running small devices such as a small fan for personal air circulation like I used it. It does make noise but it is not too loud … it is a strong fan so it’s louder than a box fan for sure. Not too heavy and not too large. Approximately 24x24 inches. Easy to store and keep out of the way. I believe this fan has the potential to last much longer than I will ever need. I believe it will find its new home in the garage and I will use it to keep dust down when cutting wood or sanding. Other units were much cheaper but the reviews and delivery time made this my best choice. Glad I made the purchase.

Like other reviewer, stopped working after 1 month. Only 9 total days of use and it no longer powers on. No return available, no warranty available

It's loud. User friendly.. Rxpensive filter replacements. The air in the house seems better.the filters dont last long. All in all it's the same price as renting it from. LOWES for a week. So yeah it's a good buy.

Great product, easy to carry and stack. There is room to add a pre-filter as well. I prefer this machine due it's size and can easily store in my van and restoration trailer. As far as the noise level, it's within the ball park as others in its class.
