absolutely love it. I was already a vampire with my distaste for the sun, plus living in sunny and hot places like Savannah and Hong Kong were torturous... carrying around this parasol made me the envy of all! Sturdy, beautiful, blocks like 98% of the light and easily becomes compact. Durable in the rain too- I basically use this anytime I go outside! (Even in the water! My family laughed at me for bringing it in, but I was the only one who wasn't sunburned that day) Pair it with a folding fan and you'll be comfortable no mater where you are outside. I had my parasol for nearly 6 years of daily use before I had to buy a second one- and that was only because submerging the handle in water during my beach trips got rust in places I couldn't clean.. totally my fault LOL

This umbrella is perfect to use with a costume and for rainy days! It’s definitely a great mixture of a parasol and an umbrella! It’s very easy to fold open and close and durable. Definitely worth the price!

Bought this for Halloween as a prop for inside our little haunted house. I added beads and fringe to it, which all looked amazing, I am very happy with it. That said, it was only up on display for a few days so I have no real idea about how it will hold up long term. All I can say is that it is really pretty, appears to be very well made and was a perfect prop for our 2nd line themed haunted house, so I gave it 5 stars. The only "Con", it was hard to get it back into its carrying pouch even before I modified it with the beads & fringe. But the little pouch was nice too and made a great little purse prop for a skeleton, so that was a win, win for me.

Super cute and adorable, excited to use it at a speakeasy for Edgar Allen Poe. Comes with a really cute umbrella bag. Bit difficult to get back in the back but worth it.

When I first got this I was a little confused as the way, it is fold it up you see the outside…so it was Plastic with a pattern. I was instantly disappointed, thinking oh my gosh what the heck that I just ordered. But then I opened it and realized it was an inverted umbrella. The outside looks exactly like the photo and it’s perfect. It comes in a little ladies purse, which you obviously do not need but it’s nice to have because it fits perfectly and keeps it protected. It opens up a little hard but that’s not that big of a deal. The handle is kind of a Tacky gold, but again that’s just aesthetics. Not a big deal. It does the job and looks really cute when you’re holding it. It also fits perfectly in my purse. I have quite a few other parasols that are hard to pack when I go on trips. I tend to leave them at friends houses where I visit so I don’t have to pack them every time. So this is great. I’m also on the shorter side so this Parasol doesn’t overtake me ha ha..

I read the reviews before I bought it, and I knew the handle was prone to breaking when I got it. I planned on just being very careful, but one wrong move of my hand and it shattered, crushed like candy. The parasol is absolutely beautiful, and wonderful quality, but the handle breaking is a very large risk when purchasing.

I Really like this item: Good price and fast delivery. On meds that cause photosensitivity, so quite useful as well as very attractive! I live in an arid desert environment, so no water resistant experience as yet, but my guess is it will excel there too. Overall good transaction and would definitely order again if necessary to replace!
