faulty and no refund so far
These had a lump on the insole. I ordered another pair and returned the faulty pair on the 8th Jan. tracked parcel it was delivered on the 12th still no refund. not impressed.

I received these sandals quickly and in perfect condition. They are very classy looking and they are beautiful in gold! Very nice quality and well made. They are comfortable as well, and the footbed is padded. They fit me perfectly and I have had no problems with the heel strap being too tight or lose. I am so glad I ordered them, I love them!

I wear size 8.5. These are true to size. They aren't tight around the foot or the ankle, which I love. I can wear these a full day at work and my feet don't hurt. I'm on my feet all day and as a hair stylist that is important. You can dress these up or dress down and both ways they still look cute.
