Tastes great. A nice consistent fine texture without stickiness. Worked great for making homemade blueberry ice cream, some of the best I’ve ever had and reasonably priced for the ingredients. Overall, an easy win.

This is a good product. It helps lower cholesterol, but beware as it also will lower blood sugar and make you feel weak. I have to take a half-teaspoon at a time to avoid a drop in normal glucose level. It's well worth the reasonable price, and is not lumpy. It can be mixed with water or food.
