Update: company contacted me to make right on the damaged items. 5 stars for customer service. The good: heats up well, nice looking, makes stones and bamboo sticks portable. The bad: I've only had this for a few months using 2x a month and the inner lining bag has ripped at the seam of the zipper (very thin and poorly sewn) with no replacement option. Also, most important the handle is sewn to elastic poorly and the stitching is coming undone... kind of the point of having a travel bag. Pretty disappointed at the shoddy craftsmanship.

I bought it and this is PERFECT for my clients. It gets super hot, set it up before you start your massage. I personally work from the legs up to the torso so by the time I get there, the stones are fully heated.

I love this heated bamboo and stone set. It’s a great size and works wonderfully. It can get very hot so be mindful of the temperature setting. I had an issue with the inner bag I received but customer service was awesome!!! They gave me two replacement inner bags free of charge and were very helpful. I definitely recommend this brand 👍

Very good Hot Stone kit. You will have to carefully regulate it as it does get the stones very hot. Check the temperature or allow stones to cool if they are too hot

This is a great little hot rock set. The stones are perfect for massage and fit well on my hands. The case is good quality and done nicely for easy travel or storage. Would def recommend.

It came with everything you need- the cord, instructions, all of the stones were there and in tact. The temperature control is a bonus and the automatic shut off is a nice touch as well. It doesn’t take long to heat up, just a few minutes. I’m so excited to use this!

I had high hopes for this set, but unfortunately it doesn’t meet expectations for professional use. The biggest issue is the heating time — it takes over 45 minutes to get properly hot. By that point, my massage session is almost over, which completely defeats the purpose. For at-home use, it might be okay if you plan far in advance, but for therapists or anyone needing efficiency, this is not practical. A hot stone system should be ready within a reasonable time, not nearly an hour. Disappointed because the concept is great, but the functionality just doesn’t keep up.

I dont understand why everything came like it has been used and the stones look like they have been used and even had paint on them. I did clean everything up and it works great.
