Great learning activity. My five year old grandson love building the different she Es.

Bought as a gift for my grandson who loves creating new designs.

Bought this as a Christmas present. great fun although a sheet of stickers was provided with no detail as to where they all go - so had to try and work it out from cover on the box. Greta toy which I think will grow with your child as lots of different levels of build and problems to solve. Check your contents (list is in the brochure included) as ours was missing the string which meant some of the models could not be made. Amazon replaced quickly but replacement was also missing a couple of components, so check before you give it as a present!

Another great STEM set from Learning Resources. This 100 piece set is another winner and our 7 year old son loves it. Fantastic for developing critical thinking and problem solving skills. Set comes with great design ideas as well as possible solutions to redesigning and providing alternative ideas. This set is also great for improving fine motor skills.

My eight year old thought these toys were fantastic! He has been building with them for hours just using his imagination. They are really durable and can fit together well. No complaints from him about them falling apart at all.

Any Lego-loving child will enjoy this set, which enables kids to practice motor skills and mental agility. With instruction cards for builds based on real-life engineering projects (bridges, towers, etc), it provides hours of fun and learning, and my five-year old nephew absolutely loves it. It's a bit more serious than Lego, and I could imagine kids up to ages 9 or 10 enjoying this set. Older kids can start to come up with their own designs, rather than relying on instruction cards. It is well built, doesn't have too many small parts and is a brilliant way of enhancing or improving STEM skills. I have a couple of other Learning Resources products that are equally as good. They are the next step in development from Baby Einstein toys. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulous toy to fire the imagination of any child. It consists of a box full of pieces (and little people) which can be fitted together to make - well, just about anything. Although it comes with instruction cards to make some key items, the real beauty of this toy is that it can be used to build whatever a child wants to build, and fit in with other building tools such as Lego. It is sturdy and fits together easily, even for young children. I think both boys and girls would enjoy playing with this equally and will encourage them to use thinking skills and imagination to create different play sets. It is very reasonably priced for a toy that offers such a wide range of play opportunities.

I’ve been playing this with my 4 year old son and built some pretty impressive structures (quite easily I may add) but they’re not very stable unfortunately. My son obviously wants to used the finished structures to race his toy cars on but they fall apart with just a little touch.
