This is my second foot massager but the first from this company. This one was more expensive and, so far, works better than my cheaper original. Strangely, this one has fewer features as it does not have a remote and does not shut off after 15 minutes. But it came with a charger and some literature as well as a box which we will utilize when we travel. My original cheaper “knock-off” failed to take a charge and that company didn’t stand behind the product. I have higher expectations for this one.

I purchased the Nooro portable foot massager in August 2024. It worked for three months then the controller would come on for ten seconds and shut off even when fully charged. I contacted the company via phone and gave them all of the information. After waiting on hold about fifteen minutes I spoke with a gentleman and gave him all of the dates and Amazon order number. Another five minutes on hold and I was told that the 90-day warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do. It failed just out of warranty. The correct way to handle it would have been to exchange the defective unit for a new one and Nooro would have had a customer for life. He recommended that I contact Amazon and see if they would take it back. It's not Amazons fault that the product failed, it's Nooro's fault. I will not purchase another Nooro product for the rest of my life. I strongly recommend that other Amazon customers do the same. POOR QUALITY AND AN EVEN POORER WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY A NOORO PRODUCT FROM AMAZON OR DIRECT FROM NOORO!!!

I was very happy when I received my Nooro foot message. I have neorothapy in my feet and legs. I used it for 2 months and the host stopped working. I paid $99.00 for it I thought it would work longer than that. There is a 90 day warranty for it so I would like Amazon or Nooro to replace it for free. I’ve called once an no action was taken. So please reply. It’s still under warranty. Thank you.

If you've ever used and benefitted from a TENS unit or feel like you've tried everything else for foot-related pain or tired feet without relief, I think this product is definitely worth a look. Pros: *Provides wide-ranging stimulation. In some modes, you can feel the effects on both your feet and calves. The focus of this product differs from a traditional TENS unit because you are targeting a wider foot/calf surface area versus specifically targeting small, more-targeted, spots. *Easy and quick to charge and piece together. The mat easily folds and is super light weight. Unlike a TENS unit, you don't need extra equipment Ike sticky pads that will eventually dry out. *Many modes and much strength variation. Cons: *If you have high foot arches, it's possible you won't feel the effects as much in some foot areas as in others because it is an overall mat versus a unit that you can target toward certain spots (e.g. I didn't feel the sensation as much below my heel, but am not sure if that's due to my higher foot arch or that I was just feeling it more in other foot areas so that I did not notice it everywhere). Summary: At this point (i.e. a few trial runs), it's too early for me to say if it will truly help my plantar fascitis/heel-based pain, but at a minimum, it was relaxing and definitely didn't worsen any pain. Crossed fingers!

I have seen some results by using this massager in the past. Helps with my numb feet.

The product arrived in a sturdy box that would be ideal for travel. It came with very easy to follow instructions and pictures to get started. The mat is thick and good quality. The initial charge took about 15 minutes. You can charge with the adapter using a regular wall plug or the USB cable. The massager has 8 different modes and 19 intensity levels. I started out the the massaging mode and level 2 and boy could I feel the tingle in my feet! I used a similar device on my back and tens massages really helped me. I would imagine this would be quite effective for those with particularly bad foot pain, as the mat was vibrating quite well with the higher intensity. It will take me some time to climb up the levels, but this massager provides a way of easing you into handling the higher intensity. This is definitely a keeper!

Go slowly up the numbers. It works great my feet feel wonderful. Just don't go up to the high numbers toofast

I am very mixed on the results of using this foot massager. I bought one in Sept. 2024. I worked great and relieved a lot of pain in my wife’s feet and legs. Suddenly, in Nov. 2024, it stopped working for no apparent reason. Believing that there was something inherently wrong with their design, I offered to return the original unit so they could determine the defect. They did not want the return. I contacted Nooro and after some back and forth, they sent us a replacement free of charge. Once again, the new unit performed perfectly until early Mar. 2025. It suddenly quit just like the first one. Once again, I contacted Nooro and after some back and forth, they sent another new replacement. This new unit performed perfectly until mid-May 2025. It suddenly quit. I contacted Nooro once again for resolution. This time, Nooro will not replace the unit. So, I was impressed with the performance of the foot massager but totally disgusted with the endurance of the unit. I might also note that we chose the Nooro over other units available because of the reviews even though the Nooro was priced at 250% of some of the competitors units.
