Huge bang for the buck - excellent construction
Construction: the build of these fog lights far exceeded my expectations for the price. The feel and heft is more solid. The frame design and adjustment screw is very similar to the OEM lights. The wire harness has and adapter that makes it plug and play... save for the yellow wire that must be tapped into the turn signal light if you want to use the halo as a signal. This was easy enough. But you may have to provide your own wire taps. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. Installation: was frustrating and fiddly, but not at all the fault of the product. My 2016 Jeep JK Sahara has tight clearances. If I had it to do over again, I may consider removing the bumper and installing the lights, then reattaching. You can use a creeper and get it done, but it was frustrating and took about 2 hours. For those reviews that said it was "easy, only takes 15 minutes" probably had an older model with easier access. However, they were a direct fit with no mods, and look great. Performance: The OEM fog lights are criminal. I upgraded my headlights to JW Speakers last month, which truly improved the light output. This made the pale yellowish, dim fog lights even more useless. Having dropped a large sum of money on the JW Speakers, I decided that I didn't need to spend $300+ for fog lights. The Xprite 60W are a fabulous choice for the price. The throw is wide, bright, and white... and really fills in any dim spots on the road from the headlights. I tapped the halo wire (yellow) into the turn signal, and it works awesome as a second blinker. Nice feature! Appearance: the fit is exactly like the OEM on my Jeep JK. The triple light bars compliment my LED headlights, which has both round lenses and long bars that light up. So, it looks like a complete package, not different pieces that do not match - like it was factory. Whether dark, or lit, my Jeep stands out in the area as unique. The first question most all Jeep owners ask is, "what is the first thing I should upgrade on my new Jeep?". Hands down, the most useful upgrade, and the biggest bang for the buck, are the headlights and fog lights. I believe that this offers better safety for night driving.

Great Frog Lamps / Halo Ring - You wont be dissapointed
I don't write many reviews - but this one definitely deserves it. I am reviewing the 4" 60W Cree LED Fog lights with White Halo / ring I would give a 4.5 but had to round up as down would be the wrong direction. In reading reviews I saw some people complain they are not plug and play and that they had to snip and re-connect wires and such. So I thought no biggy - I just ordered the adaptors too. Upon receiving the fog lamps - I see they came with the adaptors to fit my 2011 wrangler in the box with the lamps. So I returned the adaptors I ordered separately and Amazon promptly gave me a complete refund on those - including shipping (thank you amazon). Not the reason for the .5 star deduction. Even though everything plugged in / fit great - the actual adaptor wires were reversed in both adaptors in the kit. I had ground where there should be positive and positive where should be ground. So after a little futsing with getting the wire plugs pushed out of the adaptors and reversing to the correct way I was good to go. End result still water proof adaptors - no cutting of any wires on vehicle nor lamps nor adaptors. Only extra wire these need is an accessory wire brought down to them from the fuse box so you can wire the halo ring to illuminate by itself without having the fog lights on if you so desire. The rings work as great daytime running lights - and when turning the fogs on - they are bright. Way better than factory blubs (obviously ). I have a pair of their matching headlights on order and if they look as nice as these (assuming they will) - it will be a great upgrade for the Jeep. One hint on installation. I watched some YouTube videos to get ideas how to remove the factory lamps as I also have a plow kit on the jeep making it even harder to get at. Most all I researched showed people going at it from the underside and even removing a cross bar attached to the frame as the lamps would not fit out of the underside otherwise. I took a much easier approach and removed the front grill (easy to do) then removed the black plastic just behind the bumper (that black piece that is about 4" deep by maybe 40" wide or so) - there are just 2 plastic screws to pop out to remove the fasteners and the whole things comes out. You can then remove the lamps from above and do all the wiring and such - very easy. Toughest part of the job was simply running a wire up to the fuse panel and down to one light and then over to the other (easy as well). Cant wait for the headlights - also I just ordered some new aluminum hood latches as I heard they are a bugger to install - however one person mentioned it was easy as he had the grill and headlights out. So being I will have those out - good timing to put on new hood latches.

Really great upgrade for Wrangler JK
Installed on a Wrangler JK with the factory plastic bumper without much trouble, I removed the front bumper which is a pain. Maybe you could get creative and do it without taking off the whole bumper, I just removed it. Installation of the lights was fine and they matched up to the factory holes. I used the provided adapter to plug into the factory wires. The adapters made the wire much longer, i just folded it back on itself and zip-tied them to the factory wire loom. The only issue I had is the vertical adjustment screw is on the left side of both lights. The factory fog lights I removed has the adjustment on the right side and my bumper has access notch for this adjustment on the right side. Maybe there is a way to flip the screw to the other side but I didn't look into it. For me the adjustment screw is blocked unless I drill a hole in the bumper. The provided instructions are no help. I basically connected both yellow daytime running light (DRL) wires together ran a wire up to the fuse box. Purchased an add-a-circuit fuse tap and connected that to M7 based on the some internet findings. Lights look good, much brighter and a whiter light than factory. I did not notice flicker with the fog lights or the daytime running light feature. Really an impressive upgrade for around 50 bucks.

Great looking and performing lights after a small modification
The Good: These are great lights to use to replace the fog lights on a 07-17 Jeep Wrangler. They are extremely bright and the beam pattern is a perfect true fog light pattern - broad spread with a sharp flat cutoff on the top. They fit in the mounting holes in the bumper perfectly and the included pigtail adapters make them a plug-and-play install with no wire cutting/splicing and no flickering. They don't need any LED capacitor no-blink adapters when installed on a jeep JK, because the fog lights are not monitored by the canbus for a bulb being out and they don't use PCM like the headlights. I have had them in for six weeks and there has been no moisture leakage into the lens or light. The Bad: As they come out of the package, they are not properly adjustable on a Jeep JK. The adjusting screw has to be at an angle between the tab on the light and the slot in the case as the lights are adjusted for elevation. As the light beam is adjusted up, the angle increases, but the slot is not long enough to allow angle to increase enough for the lights to be adjusted correctly on the JK. Therefore, the slot needs to be lengthened for the beam to be adjusted high enough. The case is plastic, so this is easy to do with the side of a drill bit or a file, but be aware that there is some modification necessary to get these to work. I would definitely recommend these lights and would have given then 5 stars if the slot in the case for the adjusting screw didn't need to be modified. Oh, and just to be clear, only the fog light is plug-and-play. The halo ring requires a wire to be spliced into a power source that is controlled by the ignition key.

Xprite yellow fog lights
Great little lights for the price. Easy to install plus the wiring harness adapter makes it easy peasy. Theyre a good brightness, not offroad spot/flood light, but lights the road up like a foglight should. Adjusting is straight forward. Come with 2 brackets, a JK bracket & JL/JT bracket. I installed them on a JT with a rugged ridge arcus front bumper. Originally had the clear Xprite lights (same as these, they were very bright), but i wanted yellow for fog, snow, heavy rain......plus that yellow looks good. Housings are aluminum (quality), brackets are plastic (which isnt a problem at all). Highly recommend

Fog lights w/ halos (INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS)
Fog lights with Halos. Great set of lights, with a bright output and very sharp cut off. Very easy to install. To install in a stock JK bumper: Remove the front grill. It has 6 plastic pop rivets at the top (pry center section up with flat screw driver, and remove) and some clips at the bottom. Disconnect marker lights, and set the grill aside. Next remove the bumper gap cover. It has 2 plastic phillips screws that you have a 99% chance of stripping, so purchase replacements before you start. Carefully feed the cover free, and set it aside. Remove the old fog lights. Disconnect the wires, then remove the 4 screws holding them in. I suggest testing your lights here before fully installing them, that way if there is a problem you don't have to redo everything. Plug them in and start the Jeep. Turn on the fog lights. Did they light up? Do they flicker? Some newer model JKs (around 2012 and newer) use Pulse Width Modulation to contol the lights. With the old incandescent bulbs it wasn't an issue, but it can cause LEDs to flicker. You can buy an antiflicker module to correct this if it bothers you. Mine do flicker slightly without the module. Next run a wire from the halo wire (yellow) to the battery. Hopefully everything lights up as it should, and you can fully installing everything. Shut the Jeep off and turn the lights off. To wire the halo lights, you have a few options depending on how you want them to work. -To be on only when the fog lights are on, you will need to connect the yellow wire to the new fog lights red wire. -To be on whenever the marker lights are on, connect the yellow wire to the maker lights positive wire. I didn't connect it this way so you will either have to look up the correct one or use a multmeter. -To act as a true Daytime Running Light, you'll need to connect the yellow wire to a circuit that is only on when the ignition is on. I used a Bussman Add-A-Circuit (with 7.5A fuses) plugged into the fuse box at location M9 (rear seat heat). Drill a small hole to run your wire through the side of the fuse box and seal it with silicone. You do not want any water getting in there. Run your new wire to the front of the jeep, being mindful of any places it might rub and chafe. Some wire loom will help protect it and look clean. Zip ties help keep things in place. Connect all wiring at the fog lights. Make sure connections are secure. The halo wires connect with bare spade connectors, which I don't like. You'll want to protect the connection by switching to better connectors, or with something like heat shrink tubing or at the very least electrical tape. Remount the fog lights with the 4 screws and neatly secure all the wiring. Zip ties are great for this. Replace the bumper gap cover and front grill. Test everything to make sure you did it right. On mine I had to re-aim the fog lights as they were pointing too low. There are plenty of guides online for the correct aiming position. To access the adjuster screw (I think it was a 5/32 bit) there is a a small hole under each light in the bottom of the bumper. Enjoy.

Worth the price
Excellent product but be aware you must also purchase adapters if you're installing these on the OEM steel bumper.

Fog lights quit working
I installed the yellow fog lights on my 2022 jeep gladiator and they worked for the few times that I used them over a period of 3 weeks. Now they have both stopped working at the same time. Very strange since there are two different fuses, one for the left side one for the right and neither of the fuses are bad.
