Love this bean to cup machine. I bought a cheaper one a few months ago and regretted it from the start. This is quiet, looks good, grinds well and I can wake up to freshly ground coffee in the morning if I set the timer. Easy to clean. Very pleased.

Absolutely awful product! I had it on strong & fine & this is the result! The water doesn’t even go over the coffee properly, so produced really weak brown water! It literally arrived today & I want my money back

I love this thing! its so simple but so very effective, so much nicer than having 24 hour old coffee, its much fresher and faster and taste so much nicer! im amazed.. it makes cute beeping sounds too bonus haha. 6 scoops of coffee, filled just over max, 30 minutes, fantastic coffee! its small no bigger than a kettle, the filter is great, i used starbucks coffee and it works a treat.

First of all, the packaging of the machine was very good and the overall exterior quality was impressive. It has a very simple, user-friendly interface, and with the tutorial videos you can learn all the functions in about 5 minutes. The coffee bean hopper isn’t very large, but it’s sufficient. You can grind the coffee beans to any coarseness you like. With the timer feature, you can choose to grind the coffee right before brewing or use pre-ground coffee, and brew your coffee at the exact time you want. However, I was quite surprised that a product with such strong hardware is so weak on the software side. For example, the grinder can only be set to 4-6-8-10 cups (it grinds 23 g for 4 cups and its pretty noisy). If it could be set in seconds, we would be able to determine the amount of coffee ourselves. Also, just like regular filter coffee machines, it uses all the water in the reservoir to brew coffee. Instead, when 4 cups of coffee are ground, it could brew with the amount of water needed for 4 cups and save the remaining water for the next brew. These features already exist and could easily be implemented with a simple software update. Overall, I’m satisfied and will continue using it.

Great coffee machine. Easy to use, large capacity

Well this was a disappointment. Firstly: It's a faff to just brew coffee, there's no real one button brew and go. You have to set everything first from the cups to the grind to the plate. The water tank on the back has the stupidest small little opening to put water into, this shouldn't be this hard. Secondly: the coffee it makes no matter what setting you put it on is WAY too strong. I tried a few different ways to brew my favourite beans and whatever way I tried it just made them taste bitter and over strong. There's no temperature control either so the coffee comes out way too hot. Thirdly: The grinder even on it's finest setting is nothing like fine. I have other grinders and the fine setting is more like medium-coarse against my others. It also grinds way too many beans for the amount of coffee you want to make. All in all this is a massive let-down. You can get grinders like the dualit for around £100 and a cheap moka pot and make better coffee for less money. Why? Because you can control the process a lot better than this can. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the cord is quite long and it's fairly quick.

Great coffee machine, love the slimline design, timer feature and ease of use, got it on a deal price, however the coffee only keeps warm for 40 minutes the downside of this product, as I like to drink it hot throughout the day and I can’t drink a whole jug of coffee in 40 minutes so have to warm it up in the microwave, hence why I only have it 3 stars.
