The title says it all.

The base should be heavier. Otherwise, the price was good, it has many functions, not a terrible buy. Set something heavy on the base or use magnets.

This came in very handy when my husband had cancer. He had to be fed through a feeding tube which is gravity fed. This little test tube holder held the tube full of formula so it didn't have to be held by hand during the feeding.

Seems to be built well. Came as parts, but easily assembled. Will be using down the road.

I was honestly kind of disappointed in this buy. It would work well for classroom experiments, but it’s not sturdy enough for real work. The stand itself is light and a bit top-heavy, and the clamps are a bit weak. Like I said, great for classroom experiments, not suitable for real lab work. The assembly was very easy though.

I’ve had better, but can’t be mad at the price

I use the stand to hold funnels while I filter chemicals, the stand works as intended. I am happy with the purchase.

As mentioned in other reviews for this item, the stand, when assembled, is difficult to tighten so that it remains rigid and secure (not wobbly) - the solution is simple. For 39 cents, purchase a second nut and screw it onto the post before inserting it into the stand. Then insert the post through the hole, include the washer, and tighten the original nut against the first nut above the plate. There is just enough thread to work with and ensure that the nut will tighten down enough. Otherwise, you could eliminate the washer and still have a secure fit.

The hardware is top notch, the stand rod is a little short if you want to use it for fractional distillations, though you could easilly change it out with another metal rod.

Really super low quality…..basically useless
