Lifesaver
My Razer Blade's charger went belly up in the middle of a public interview for my company. I knew it was going but it chose the worst time to die. The meeting ended abruptly when my battery died. I doubted I'd be able to get a good replacement same-day, since Razer Blades have a unique charger that doesn't work with universal chargers. (Ugh.) Well, this is a bit pricey but I got it right away and it works perfectly. If you're in a bind, this'll get it done.

Can't Contact For Warranty - Does Not Supply Enough Power
Used very little in the last 7 months as it's on a second setup. Recently, the second setup started having issues with gameplay and I couldn't figure it out-- turns out, I couldn't use anything but the minimal power plan because my laptop reported it was not getting enough power from this charger. Changing out the charger fixed my issue. I can't seem to find any way to contact the company for warranty.

Stopped working but immediately got refund and offer for replacement
[UPDATE] Once I'm connected to the customer support, they immediately made refund as per my request. They also offered replacement. The product itself works fine. I bought the charger four months ago, and it suddenly stopped working. Says that it comes with a 12 month warranty, but when I tried reaching out to the company they didn’t reply.

Very Helpful, Works Perfectly
The charger itself looks great, comes in convenient packaging. In terms of functionality, it works perfectly and charges my razer fairly quickly. I was able to use my laptop for hours with no issues. The customer service team for this charger also is so helpful, they reached out to ensure I received the product! Would highly recommend getting this charger if you need to power your razer device.

Faulty and doesn't deliver consistent power
The charger is brand new and every time I slightly move, the charger stops working for a second, causing the laptop to switch to battery power and then back to the charger. It's very disruptive to work this way.
