The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this bread lame that came with extra blades, and I must say I am impressed with the quality. The additional blades are handy for when the original one dulls out, ensuring uninterrupted baking sessions. What I particularly loved about this purchase was the little pamphlet that came with it, showcasing different cuts that can be achieved with the lame. It was incredibly helpful for a newbie like myself, making the whole bread scoring process less intimidating. It is easy to hold and I prefer the simple appearance. Overall, I highly recommend this bread lame for both its functionality, value, and educational resources that come along with it.

It’s a bit tricky to install the blade but not too bad. The part I really dislike is that it feels like you are breaking it when you extend the blade out. It’s not smooth like other razor blade holders that click out and back into the handle easily.It does the job and keeps fingers away from the blade when it’s in storage.

This has been a great tool to have for scoring my sourdough bread. The small size and magnet make it perfect for keeping it handy yet not taking up space in a drawer. I stick it to the side of my microwave. It's very sharp and the price was great!

I struggled to change out the blade on the lame and ended up returning it. The small button to lock the blade is difficult to remove and re-insert. Very poor design. Do not buy!

Love this item for my sourdough bread scoring. Durable. Easy to use. Easy instructions. Nice color. Nice quality.

Works really well for scoring bread

Easy to use Bread Lame. I purchased after trying to use the blades included in several sourdough sets but seem to have much better luck with a straight razor blade. Size, slicing action, and push up function works considerably better than other options. I have not used the magnetic function but only because my family does not wanting baguettes weekly. Would definitely purchase again and suggest the purchase to newbies, as well.
