They “topped” the tea party off!!
The hats look cute when put on a tilt on your head. They are too small to place on top of your head. They are made well. . My granddaughters ages 4 to 17 loved them and asked to keep them for their memory.

Grat prop for pictures and parties
Good for our diversity and inclusion team at work. We are able to displays the different days we celebrate. We had a tea party for Women's month. The ladies enjoyed dressing up and taking pictures. This came in very handy.
