Update The issue was not from this part. I have replaced the other part and it is working now So bad, failed after less than 20 pages

Unfortunately, in my M477 HP Color Laserjet it’s not enough heat for the first couple of pages to get the ink to set. This pressure roller helps in conferring heat and setting the ink. That being said… initially I had problems, but then decided to purchase a new heating element after checking the ohms resistance. The OEM HE had 11.1 ohms, I placed new one which had 15.2 ohms. No more problems with ink. So… if purchasing this item, I highly recommend replacing the heating element and sleeve. 10X better!!

This M2-6436-000 Fuser Lower Sleeve Pressure Roller was easy to install in my HP Printer - thanks to the YouTube videos I used to install the roller. My printer is printing as great as it did when I originally purchased it.
