Such quality and easy to put together. Reframed an oil painting I got at an estate sale. Gives an old painting a fresh modern look. The shipping is amazing, and completely bulletproof packaging. Will buy again for any future framing needs.

First, when I originally seen my delivered package, I was horrified! The package had torn openings showing the inside, what I had thought was the frame, and it appeared to busted. I was beside myself. I immediately messaged the seller with photos of it busted, who, without question, refunded my money.First off that was very the unexpected.After wondering what I was going to do, I needed this frame for a piece of my Art work that I had been commissioned to do, AND I had to have it ready and presented BEFORE Christmas!Once I finally opened the packaging (COMPLETELY), I realized the mistake I had made, and was immediately remorseful for my previous concern and message I had sent to the seller.The “exterior package frame” was what was busted. When I opened the package The product was packaged amazingly packaged and was in perfect condition!!I purchase several High Quality Frames from a wholesale place I purchase my art Supplies from and this was by far one of my favorites I have purchased!!I WILL be attempting to return the refund to the company, as I should & WILL be ordering from this same company again!!

I ordered this twice. The first one was crooked and did not have enough holes (the amount of holes stated online) for hanging properly. The second time we ordered the same one as we thought the first was defective, it still came with the wrong number of holes and also came broken. This is a very cheap frame. I would go with another brand.

The color is a bit different to the photo, I chose rustic gray but it came bit blue-ish in-person,But I was not expecting it to have exact color as the photos. but it came quite nice, beautiful color.also the joint corner is tight and fitting which indicates quality manufacturer and assembling.polystyrene is a great replacement plastic for real wood, much lighter and long lasting than wood.moreover, since it’s plastic I was questioning the paint how it was applied to the plastic but I have to say the paint is not cheap paint or just a small layer of paint. I think they have strong bond method to glue paint onto the plastic. even when I screw nails on the paint still doesnt look like it can come off. it looks like lart of the plastic.one negativity I dislike is the black screws to crew the rings for the hanging string are too protruding I had to unscrew and used my own flatter head screws to replace.

I bought the 20x24 frame for an oil-on-canvas painting.The frame was very well packaged, in a sturdy wood-framed box that required pliers and strength to open. Although it shipped all the way from Eastern Europe, it arrived in perfect condition.Installing the artwork was challenging. As a floater frame, by design, there's about a quarter-inch gap between the canvas and frame on all sides. To install, you place the artwork into the frame, center it, and then flip it over to insert the screws to hold the art in place. The problem is trying to flip it over without having the art shift even a millimeter or two off-center. Another reviewer mentioned "offset clips", but there were none in my shipment. In the end, I wedged a couple of potato chip bag clips into the gap between the canvas and frame and this held the canvas in place when I flipped it.Once the canvas is mounted, the final step is to screw in the D-rings hangers used to attach the hanging wire/string to the frame. The instructions said the holes for that were pre-drilled, but on my frame, they were not. Only the holes for mounting the canvas were drilled. Extreme care was needed to drill the holes myself to ensure that they were even.So getting everything properly installed was much trickier than I expected. I'm knocking one star off for that. But I'm happy with the end result, it looks nice, and the price was right.

ordered two different frames and we've never been so happy and satisfied with such quality and very impressive packaging for good prices. for the chrome material, they came in assembled already and excellent measurement. how convenient! i would not be hesitant to recommend to make others happy too.

Its a beautiful frame but art but its extremely flimsy and I felt like it was going to fall apart every time I touched it

This frame went beyond what I expected for the price. It was very easy to get this canvas into the frame. Will definitely buy from this seller again

The frame was broken at the corners. Very cheap material, Light weight MDF type wood.
