UPDATE: The back panel where screws are fitted to the wall mount broke due to a mishandling. However, after lodging a complaint with pictures of invoice, video and photo of the issue, the complaint has been lying unattended despite multiple emails to the national and local offices. No one is visiting or addressing the issue. I would be a paid replacement, but someone should take the time to address the concern. It will be one month in 3 days since the complaint was lodged. The after sales service needs to do better. I purchased this television and also a folding and retractable stand on Amazon and was happy with the picture results. The visual clarity is good, the sound has a deep bass - some may or may not like that. The interface is typical Google TV. The Google Photo viewing from a USB module needs better revision and pictures, once zoomed or rotated, cannot be forwarded unless zoom/rotate is restored. Otherwise, I enjoyed the purchase.

Delivery- on time as usual from Amazon, in fact they delivered one day before! Product - average, but value for money Picture Quality- Good Audio- Just ok, don’t go for 40W-50W specifications, even 20-30W other brand provides a better audio, still ok for the money Brand support- truly unprofessional and rude in every interaction, I will never buy anything from this brand again due to the rude calls had with them. Had to wait 5 additional days for their installation to happen, I was getting strange and lame excuses every time I connect with them. Totally horrible experience

Blaupunkt Screen size 65inch qled superb quality and awesome sound Watching movie on this 65inch Qled really feels of theatre. You can see the quality after zooming the image is not blur. Feature are also nice but smal issue it bluetooth if u having boat Bluetooth speaker it will support. It supports other products.

I have been using AMAZON platform for a long time now. Have never faced such an issue. Kindly stop selling products of the companies who are not capable or sensitive enough to understand the urgency and problems that a customer is facing. I am feeling ashamed that I had faith on BLAUPUNKT brand. I received my replacememt TV after a month. Ek TV which is a necessity in today's time yet not delivered. It's been a month my parents daily wait that their TV will come today. They are senior citizen and their only source of entertainment is TV. You all have become so insensitive that it's all going to deaf ears. My friends are laughing at me that I chose such a brand. Thanks to all you guys for making your brand a laughing stock. I am extremely frustrated with the situation. After a month of complaints, my TV was finally replaced, but within just 10 minutes of use, lines started appearing on the screen. To make matters worse, Rajan, who I was informed is the manager in Mumbai, is not answering his phone or responding to my calls. This is absolutely unacceptable, both in terms of the product and the service. This level of service is intolerable. I have mailed both BLAUPUNKT and AMAZON about this on 5th of October and today is 28th October still with no response. I request your team to expedite the problem and refund my money in total along with the extended warranty that I had purchased from your company. Also i am not receiving any help from AMAZON. This is ridiculous. I am a prime member for so long. I wasn't expecting this from AMAZON.

As many of us may think it's a unknown brand, let me clear that those who r having car since 80s or 90s must have used its sound system for their car, so I was well aware of the name. Buying the Blaupunkt tv 55inch was proven a good deal and it has the perfect picture quality and a far better sound quality than other brands not only in this budget range but above price range too. The design, build quality, live colors, smooth and easy operation and of course affordable price makes it a perfect buy TV.

The Television is amazing. It's built quality is excellent with good screen resolution with this impressive price. The functions and connectivity of wifi is wonderful. The wall mount equipments are included and good to mount it on wall.
