The Portronics Konnect X cable works really well — fast charging, reliable data transfer, and the nylon braided design makes it super durable. I also like the aluminium alloy connectors, which feel sturdy and premium. The 1-meter length is perfect for everyday use. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price has gone up quite a bit over the last 6 months. It’s still a great product, but I wish they had kept the earlier pricing.

Working nice. Good durability Good Cable length

The cable does not fit that tightly in the charging port of the phone as would an original Apple cable or the Amazon Basics one. This leads to an iffy-feeling about the charging process during phone use in hands. If I move my phone here & there while the cable is connected, chances of it getting loose and thus charging stopped is high. If you place it in a still position while charging or not moving the phone in your hands too much, the charging is not interrupted. One strange thing I noticed with this cable is that it can charge the phone only when it is connected from one side of the cable. If you rotate it 180 degrees and put the cable in the iphone, it doesnt charge or connect to laptop. This is bad product because lightning cables, similar to USB-C cables can charge in any way you put it in. But this Portronics cable cannot. Otherwise the cable is able to draw charge from power bank, laptop, and wall adaptor. Data transfer on laptop using iTunes is also happening decently using this cable with okay speeds. Warranty registration is available on Portronics website. 6 months warranty is provided. Let’s see for how long this cable lasts because I handle my devices delicately. EDIT: 26 July 2025 This Portronics Lightning port USB cable has become loose in fitting with my iPhone. I have to hold it up while it is connected so that my iPhone can charge. If I connect it and leave, then this cable due to loose fitting cannot charge my phone. I purchased this cable on 8 August 2024 and 6 months warranty period has passed. This cable didn’t even last 1 year. I expected more from Portronics but this is what you get when companies just import low quality cables from China, slap their brand name on it and then sell it for a premium price.

Product looks and quality are good. But not working.

Good quality and great value for money.

It worked for less than 8 months for me, I bought it is September 2024 and it stopped working in April 2025. But in this price I believe it's a good cable. But since I am gonna need something for longer run, I will go with the original cable instead.
