Don't know how to use BBQ. Is there a booklet to show me?

The Tips and Techniques section, Charcoal Smokers, may give you a good idea of how to use the BBQ. Put burning coals in the lower dish (on the grate grid) fit the second dish in the upper half of the lower section with a grill over it.  Fit second grill in upper section and put cover on. Put HOT water into the second dish (this acts as a thermal inertia load so that temperature stays constant and low around 70 C).  Add soaked wood chips of your chosen variety onto the coals and leave what ever you have chosen to smoke/cook (see the yunmmy recipes on the web site) on either the upper or lower grill AND DO NOT OPEN THE UPPER DOOR OR REMOVE THE LID for hours, and I mean HOURS, but keep an eye on the coals, the wood chips and the water bath every 2 hrs or so and top up as appropriate.  When the smoking time has elapsed then you can remove the water bath, wrap you food in foil and cook at a higher temperature if needs be.  But if you are doing pastrami or some such you will need to plan upto a week in advance to brine and season prior to smoking for 6-8 hours.  As a restaurant I used to visit in Brussels said at the start of their menu "To make good food takes time and if you can't be bothered to wait ...go somewhere else".  It is a bit like that with barbecue smoking !! Hope this helps.

It is very beautiful and it seems usefull so I'm very interesting to buy it , but it is for food ,  have you the certification for this product?

It works well as a BBQ but not as a smoker.  The space for the fire box is not big enough for a fire to maintain the right amount of heat.  Charles Bell's suggestion below sounds good and will probably work.  Build the fire under the product and smoke chips in the pan.  I must try that myself.

I've never owned a smoker, so am looking for something to 'start me off' .... is this suitable for indoor use (well ventilated room)

Not, you will need to light the charcoal which will give off a lot of smoke. If you are looking for an indoor smoker try the smoke trays that you can put in your oven.
