It's worked well. The waist guard is wide so it supports without picking or digging. The belt is long enough for a pillow behind her, and there is sufficient e tra to feel secure. Easily clips, unclips, and folds for storage in the back pocket of the wheelchair. Both sturdy and durable. We've been using it for months without any problems or quality concerns. Excellent value for the money.
