worth the cost
I started taking Kimchi One last spring. The taste is awful and it took a couple months to get used to it but I use tea or coffee to help swallow the capsules and mask the taste. The reason why I like it is that it's the first supplement I've ever taken that helped keep my lost weight from coming back. It's an appetite suppressant, I'm not hungry throughout the day especially for junk food. This stuff also has pro-biotics that help digest food better. Kimchi One is expensive but it's absolutely worth it to me, I just wish I knew about it sooner

The Kimchi One performs exactly as advertised...just excellent.
After watching numerous commercials and knowing I needed "something" besides just vitamins for myself, I decided to try Kimchi One and it is excellent. I noticed a difference in my energy level and all around health and digestion. It is very effective and the tablets are easy to swallow plus there is no after taste.

Fermented goodness for your gut
I got this after I saw Adam Carolla interview the maker. Seemed like a logical idea, since Kimchi is fermented, so it has to be good for the gut.. It may actually be helping me, but I can’t tell! I’m definitely not constipated. There’s a Kimchi smell, but not strong, and you won’t have Kimchi breath. I don’t like fermented drinks, so this is a good way to get the benefits of fermentation without the yucky taste.

There is a taste. Not overpowering, but a taste. I suggest having your water ready to wash them down as quickly as possible. I have only been taking for a week, and will make a further determination after Dr. Appt.
