Electric hot water bottle will be used hardly onceor twice in a month, brought in the month of February 2025& within 8 months it has become dead,not getting charged nor water getting hot,,So let's know what should be done? Please revert

It’s good, you just have to put it connected to the electricity and after a few minutes it will get hot and off on its own. Then you can take it and use it. Very convenient because we don’t have to empty the water in the bag.
