Sound quality is OK. For its size and price it's pretty good.

It seems to be good build quality and it has a year warranty but when I hooked my unit up I could not get any sound. I contacted tech support and they verified that my install was correct and got me to contact their warranty department. Waiting to see if they are going to send me a new unit or if I will have to return mine to be fixed. Update: they wanted me to send in my amp for repair which I ended up having to pay the $30 shipping fee for. Now my unit is in the USA and they informed me that they do not ship to Canada. They sent it to one of their distributors to ship to me and that was 4 months ago and I still have not received my amp back. I am $70 plus $30 for shipping into an amp that showed up defective and now I don’t even have it as a paper weight.

Very small, performance is very nice, and good power!

I cannot get more than 60-75% its rated power cleanly and it's very sensitive to static/background noise past 1/3 gain. The RCA max level input is very low and anything over 1.75V will make it clip as soon a you turn ON the gain dial. Before testing I contacted PRV to know the max RCA input voltage since it wasnt mentioned, only the minimum 200mv, and they answered saying they did not know this specification about their product. I made it work with being able to adjust gain at reasonable dial sensitivity with a signal maxed at ~1V out my LOC. The highpass filter is fine to cut some bass but the lowpass bass boost is awful and clip the output hard even at low volume. I found while testing that to run it bridged you need both channels RCA connected, it wasnt mentioned in the manual. I do not recommend this amplifier, it's the cheapest one and there's a reason... Please note that all my test were conducted at 14.0V with an oscilloscope and clean signal input at 40hz and 1Khz.
