I've been using always ultra thin pads over a decade now, and I love them. So comfortable, great & trusted quality, and it makes me a bit less itchy.

I love the ultra thin pads, but they don't stick very well unless you use the wings. I tried to put one in my spandex for the gym and it didn't adhere very well so I recommend using them only when you plan to also wear panties. I will likely still buy them again, though!
