My daughter is 1.2 years old now, and we’ve been using these hair clips for several months. I chose this set because the clips are flat and neat, they look much better on thin baby hair and don’t stick out awkwardly. The colors are nicely varied and thoughtfully selected, each color comes in pairs, and with 40 clips total, there are more than enough options to match different outfits and looks. All shades are soft and pleasant. The size is perfect for first hair clips: they are tiny, look very delicate, and still hold quite well without sliding off right away like many baby clips do. There are a couple of minor things worth mentioning. One clip arrived with the ribbon slightly unglued, but we didn’t use that color and never bothered to fix it, so it didn’t really matter. Also, because the clips are very small, they can be a bit tricky to fasten with one hand, sometimes you need to hold them from both sides. That said, this is pretty expected for such small clips. Overall, this is a great set of first hair clips, neat, secure, and perfectly sized for fine baby hair.

These are the perfect clips for babies and toddlers. My child was blessed with long hair from birth and I couldn't bring myself to cut it. These work perfect for her hair to keep it off her face but not too tough to be uncomfortable for a baby. They snap into place very easy and hold hair for a long time without sliding out. The different colors are perfect to match any of her outfits.

I’m writing this review for other moms who might be curious about these bows and unsure about the size. I took these pictures specifically to show that they are perfect for infants. If you have a baby anywhere from newborn to about six months, these would have been great—I really wish I had found them back then. I had previously purchased the regular bows from this company, and I wanted to show the size difference clearly. Using a toothpick as a reference (since everyone has one at home), these mini bows are about half the size of a toothpick, while the regular bows are about the same size as a toothpick. I even added centimeter markings in the photos so you can see the scale more easily. These smaller bows come on tiny snap clips. While that works fine, I do wonder if it could be a bit firm for very young babies whose skulls are still soft. I kind of wish the company had made mini open clips like they do for their larger bows. That said, they’re still great quality. Now that my daughter is older, I’m really happy with them. They’re adorable and perfect for doing little hairstyles and designs. The fabric looks great, just like the larger bows. They aren’t all exactly the same size, but they’re close enough that you wouldn’t notice unless you were really looking. Also I really liked the package they came in. It was nice to see what they are through the window before opening the package. Overall, I’m very happy with these and would definitely recommend them.

Great clips! My baby has really fine hair and just like other reviews, they don’t slip out of her hair. They’re quite small which is just right for my baby because my baby is tiny.

Cute, very small though. If you have a toddler it will end up in their mouth, so I don't suggest them for the little on that eats everything. They hold fine hair , and look cute tho!

These little barrettes are adorable! Great variety of contemporary colors. Seem to stay quite well when unbothered. We snuck one on my granddaughter during Christmas and she left it alone all day. Next day, my son successfully put one in her hair, until she reached up and found it! Game over after that. They are quite small, so maybe not recommended if your little one has a voracious appetite ;-)

They are very cute and very tiny for babies and little girls with short hair, but the quality is not very great. I just opened the box and a realized there are some bows that was not glued nicely and fell apart in my hand. Also, the bows arrived all messy in the box and it would have been easier for my daughter to pick the color she wants to use if they were nicer organized as they show in the pictures. There was also a very tiny piece of metal.

Seem well made but I thought these were velcro NOT clips. My granddaughter has very little hair so these will not work.
