Writing it after close to a year of usage. Bought this laptop in sale, excellent output, I have played GTA V AND RDR2 and forza horizon 5 on ultra settings with no lags. Laptop does get warm during intense gaming, a laptop cooling pad is suggested for long hours of gaming, fan sound is on higher side, though I love it in background, laptop came with 1tb SSD and 16gb ram and ms office lifetime subscription, this is truly an excellent deal. Built quality is above average and can last for years, if handled properly. Battery backup is great and in office related tasks it extends itself. Keyboard lighting is customisable and can be dynamic as well. Display is also great to view.

Laptop wise it's ok product. Buid quality - It has delicate build quality as I was disappointed by spending above 70k and getting build quality like these. Performance - As of now I didn't run any big tasks r gaming performances to write on it.but ok using for entertainment. Battery - not bad, need to c while playing heavy games Processor - Runs smooth Mouse - my left button is not working properly as I'm seeing their is some defect in that, the fit was loose for left side button. Delivery - Amazon really need to have a concern on delivery part as I faced worst phase to get these package.Thats the reason I rated 2 stars. I faced issue with delivery agent who works from mahadeva pura bangalore warehouse. He just will dail us and after attempting the call he will simply disconnect and update as reattempt for delivery. He did same for 2 days , and after hell of discussions calls with Amazon support i myself finally went to warehouse and collected my package. And there in warehouse the entry assistance person sitting in entrance of door has zero knowledge and dono how to behave with a customer. Overall review - It's ok laptop apart from build quality. And facing these delivery issues frequently from Amazon, please try to have actions on such issues to have good customer satisfaction.

One of the best laptop in this segment, extremely best because with RTX3050

This laptop is quite good, with CPU performance even reaching Ryzen 7 7800X3D in some cases, the GPU in it is all right for what it is worth, having 6GB variant of RTX 3050 Mobile which could be used for CUDA workloads. One of its quirk as of now is that dGPU sometimes disappears when on Hybrid mode while powering it off fully(No Fast Startup). Just start the laptop with Discrete option selected in the UEFI settings option and then start again with Hybrid option selected, the dGPU will appear again.

Good perdomance. But sometimes while after some updations usb wont work i had to reinstall windows for making it work

Good Looking Laptop, keyboard is silent , frame is of good and smooth plastic of high quality. Battery backup is also good of around 5-6 hrs with battery saver on and without gaming, multitasking is also good, sound is just good not very loud. Specifications are all matching, that are given on the website. High quality games on medium- High settings, ( average size 100gb) run well on plugged in mode with charger, else battery will drain very fast. Cooling fan works well, u can also control their speed manually. Over all, popular High quality games like GTA V, HIT MAN III WORLD EDITION, TEKKEN 7/8, CYBER PUNK 2077 and many more run well REVIEW AFTER A Year!!. Need to update the reality of this laptop, it got some issues in hardware, may be software on its own due to which the screen black out after blink and remain black showing no response, just after using it for 1.4 years, I tried everything like useing troubleshoot etc but nothing happened, I didn't expect this from 90k laptop. STILL the laptop blink issue is the worst problem on this laptop, it doesn't allow me to do anything

It pops up a message asking to plug in original charger for heavy applications) Cons: - No bag - No biometric login - Very heavy - Lid opening, need 2 hands compulsory

I ordered the laptop on 26th December and got delivered on 28th December. Powered it on and after the initial setup , within minutes I got the blue screen of death error (BSOD) . The laptop got restarted automatically multiple times and the same error occurred. I powered down manually and powered it on again. The same error came. This happened on 28th night 10.45 PM, as my laptop got delivered around 9.30 PM on that day. Immediately contacted amazon and they connected me to a technician and he guided me through some process, but nothing fruit full. So he arranged for a technician call back the next day. On the next day two technicians called me within afternoon and said that a physical inspection needs to be done by the technician. Also they booked for the same. After two days a technician called me and asked for the location. He was from a nearby city of mine. He came and saw the problem and said it was a motherboard issue. Also dropped a shocker news that now a days electronic products purchased from online are not original and some times they send you defective items also. Especially during festive times like Diwali (as I also Purchased on The Great Indian Sale). So he lodged the compliant as power issue, deviating from the original issue. He said HP might try to go for repair instead of replacement. It is a clear motherboard issue. So he took some videos with the laptop to lodge the complaint as power issue. It went on for 20-25 minutes. Then the request to issue DOA(Defect On Arrival) report was lodged by the technician with HP. After inspection the technician sealed the laptop along with the charger back into the box and sealed it with stickers. Make sure the stickers are not tampered or torn while giving back to the HP persons. After 5 days I recieved my DOA report which is valid only for 14 days. Within this period you have to go for either return or replacement of the exact laptop. But unfortunately the replacement laptop was not available with them for the configuration which I have purchased from amazon. Immediately after issuing the DOA report a case ID has been registered for this defect and there was regular tracking in the email. all the communication will be taking place only thru email only. Make sure you have an working email. A company called SAVEX was responsible for replacement of the HP laptops. Once the laptop gets delivered from amazon its between us and HP or the HP authorised service peoples. Amazon role is complete upon delivery. Then for further assistance we have to rely on HP only. Then on the 12 th day they asked whether they can refund the money back as the replacement unit is not available in stock and they did not know when they will get units of that configuration. So I moved on for refund. They said that the laptop will be picked up from the service center from which they came to seal the unit and declare the unit as DOA. I took the initiative, went and delivered the laptop in the office of the service technician. Then they gave me an acknowledgement slip. Scanned it and mailed. Then they asked for account details for refund gave that also in the mail. The main catch here is how quickly you register the complaint and it's further progression. Within 7 days I got my refund credited to my account. The incident happened on October 26th by November 25th I got the refund amount. It felt like a huge win for me.
