Great product and great value for money!
I have been taking this supplement for some time now and can honestly say I can totally see a difference in my muscle tone and endurance during my workouts. I mainly lift and can see each week I go that I am able to lift heavier weights for longer periods of time! If you haven’t tried it yet, then give it a go, you won’t be disappointed. Better than I’d even imagined!!!
At first I wondered if it was a placebo because I started to feel better but 3 months in with improved mood, reduced fatigue, better work outs and my libido back better than it’s ever been. Easy to use, swallow two pills per day

Good strength gains
Have found these to be really good, my strength has improved in the gym and lifting better than I have been for some time. Would recommend.

Not all it's cracked up to be, but worth a try
I've been using this product for 5 months now and I cannot be certain whether it makes much/any difference. What I can definitely say is that it doesn't have any effect on my performance, stamina, or vitality (whatever that means). I do think I've gained muscle mass since using it, but I would have done so without it. The question is how much of it is thanks to this product? I'm not saying it definitely doesn't work, but be mindful of the placebo effect.

Brilliant for the money!
To be completely honest, I don't see much difference in muscle building. However, its very easy to swallow, what with it being capsules. No difference in my digestive system. Tastes like nothing, which is a major upside! The tiny little capsules are very convenient. Its also not expensive. I have no more trouble with my sleeping whilst using this product.
