I was in search of an additional text to support my students. This is a simple workbook to use for additional practice.

I got this as a summer time workbook to boost my kid's creative writing. It is exactly as described and easy to follow.

It is an okay book. I doubt if I had the chance that I would order it again. It really doesn't do much to help solidify prefixes or suffixes. Its more of a backup source for worksheets.

Used this book down to the last page! Included quizzes were alittle too difficult as they sometimes didn't include enough context clues to assist the kids in the meaning of the tested word. However, my kids did great on their formal assessments regarding vocabulary from the county/state. I attribute their broad knowledge of knowing how to break down words by their affixed to this book.
