Far better than footie socks.
Perfect for football. Grandson is slim 9year old but we struggle every time to pull his football socks on over his shin pads with these there is more give and a lot less stressful. However!!! I made the mistake of putting ordinary socks on him which made his football boots feel loose. I didn’t think the Lion socks with grips on the bottom would help but on reflection I will order some now. Alternatively I suggest try thicker sports socks. As for the sock sleeves though 10/10. They wash really well, are comfy good quality and good value.

Socks and shin sleeves.
My son hasn’t used them yet but they are a perfect fit. The grip on the socks seem pretty good so far whilst he’s wearing them in the house practising his ball work.

Perfect with grip socks
Perfect for my 8yr old. Have bought many colours. He wears them with his grip socks underneath. Great value for money. Easy to put on and pull up. Very comfortable.

The elastic can be seen through the sock sleeves. Poor quality. Plucks on one of the sock sleeves
