10 Thumbs up (I put my two thumbs up five times)!
This thing is awesome. I got the black one to go with the color of my deck and its very cute. It has a nice wood grain look and its so well made and simple to put together and it has easy to understand instructions (no tools needed). Its also pretty sturdy. I'm using it to grow herbs outside that I plan to bring into my basement for the winter, so I can stop spending so much money on grocery store bunches of herbs I never fully use up. Only caution is that is a good size but its not huge. I think I'm going to be able to grow about 8-10 bunches of herbs in it. So if you're planning to grow a lot, you may need more than one. Otherwise, I honestly love this thing. The water indicator and little seedling planter is perfect (the seedling planter has holes for drainage...they thought of everything). Also the extra water collects in the bottom but doesn't just pour out...you have to pull the rubber plug to do it....which is great because 1) I don't want dirty water all over my deck and 2) the water can be saved for re-watering because its nutrient rich. Last point, its a very nice finish plastic so doesn't look cheesy or cheap. Usually I only like wood, metal, etc...but this almost looks like stained wood panels and will be much, much easier to clean and will last forever without maintenance. Trust me, I'm picky as hell about decor items and functionality and this is a really cute piece for being plastic. Its a definite buy and thanks to the manufacturer for building a good quality, very cute, very environmentally friendly planter. And the little shelf underneath helps to hide our ugly deck light switch and holds my watering can and citronella candles...sooo awesome! Thank you!!!

Works Well Enough
I bought one of these and put it on my screened in patio to grow small edible plants. Its not large enough for things like most tomatoes but for small things like herbs, it works great. Assembly was easy, anybody can put this thing together. Once assembled and stood upright, its sturdy enough to not fall over under its own weight but not sturdy enough to get bumped often. Don't put it in a traffic area and it'll be fine. The self-watering feature is awesome. It holds a lot of water and, even in the Florida summer, we can go on vacation and not have to worry about it for a week if we fill it all the way before leaving. One thing to watch is planting plants right near the end in a hot area. This enclosure conducts the sun's heat into the dirt with surprising efficiency. The result is that the soil immediately behind parts of it exposed directly to the sun heats up too much to grow anything there. Its annoying but not the end of the world. The filling spout and the float that tell the water level worked great at first but they get gummed up by soil and perlite and eventually stop working so well. You can't exactly just pull all the dirt out and clean them so you're sort of stuck with it. At least they give you some indication of where your water level is, though. I wish it were a little cheaper for what you get but it serves me well.

Gardening for idiots!
I have no idea what I'm doing, but for some strange reason I got this overwhelming urge to garden this year, for the first time in my life. I don't want to make a proper garden in my yard until I figure out whether this is just a passing fancy. So I bought this thing for my deck. I planted 6 herbs plants I got from home depot (mint, thai basil, rosemary, cilantro, parsley, and thyme). It's been about a month, and they've all exploded. I was pleased with this result, so I bought another and planted chives, jalapenos, regular basil, lemon balm, and white tea. Glorious success. I've now purchased a total of 4, and this is getting out of hand. My strawberry planter is gloriously lush after only about 2 weeks, and I'm giddy about my tea garden. Is this what happens when you turn 30? You get excited about planters and the kinds of herbs you use to season food? That is kind of depressing but whatever, I can now make pho on a whim without going to the grocery store, so win. These things are stupid easy to use. The self- watering feature and little floaty leaf are great for a ditzy novice like me. Setup was easy and quick. The whole thing feels really flimsy and cheap, but functions perfectly so I can't complain too much. Looks pretty nice- a little bit cheap but not too ugly. I think these things are great overall- I definitely recommend them. I do have to say they're rather spendy though- they're literally half the price at home depot fyi.

Sturdy and quality made.
I have two and they are the greatest for planting; so I ordered one for my friend for Christmas. She was so excited to receive it.

Perfect size for the price
Great size for smaller spaces. Installed in outdoor/screened in area. First one bought 2 years ago had plastic legs, this one has metal legs with plastic feet to protect bottom (and likely rust marks on the concrete). Will see how it fares outside in southern heat. Have very positive experience with previous purchase which is outside summer and cold winter. Amazon had best pricing and of course, quick delivery. Easy to assemble, directions were clear, all parts easily marked. FYI - the other larger model with the woven design on outside is fabulous as well and endures 365 weather.

Nice quality & easy to assemble!!
I'm the worse at assembling ANYTHING so I was extremely happy that this Raised Garden Bed was so easy to assemble! It took me 15 minutes to assemble it! I was so relieved that I didn't have to ask anyone for help! It held my 40lb bag of soil with room for at least another 10lbs. it is sturdy and looks great on my patio.

Assembly was really easy, insanely easy. just put it in place and filled it with potting soil (60 liters is the right amount BTW, 4,200 cubic inches converts to around 60 liters...large bag of soil. The watering system has kept the soil moist all of the time so far, I water it every few days...but I am confident it will last longer if I am on an extended trip. worth mentioning that I think I added 5 watering cans of water before the indicator registered as full. Everything is growing well, it looks great and it is exactly what I wanted on my condo balcony.

Great planter, easy to assemble. Re the other reviewer who complained the red plastic bits were broken, these are just for transit and it clearly states in instructions to throw these away. Good height, I'm 5ft8in so no stooping. Love the water float, nice little design detail and the draining tap on the side works well.
