Works perfectly after ignoring the instructions
The instructions are poorly written and unnecessarily confusing. When wiring a 3-way switch (two locations), it was not clearly explained that the primary and companion switches must be installed in opposite positions. I only got it working after using much clearer third-party wiring instructions, which included an easy-to-understand diagram. There’s no reason Legrand couldn’t provide a simple, well-labeled figure like other manufacturers do. A clear visual diagram would have saved a lot of time and frustration.

Easy install, works great
I installed this in a laundry room with a 3 way install. The install was easy and it works great. However the second switch tied into the 3 way install needs to remain in the on position or the sensor won't work. I would recommend this product. I didn't rate the tech support because I didn't use it.

Nightmare!
The only good thing about this switch is that it was very easy to install. the switch automatically turns on when it wants to an turns off if it wants to.....no matter how you program it. Sometimes it turns on when nothing is around and sometimes it turns off correctly and sometimes it doesn't turn off at all. I've had it for a year hoping it would get better and have re-programmed so many times, but it's time to trash it! I've had enough. I hope others have better results, but don't count on it.

Works great, easy to install
Works great, reliable and properly sensitive. I put this in a laundry room. Easy to install, works great with LED fixture. Configuration isn’t the best, a lot of counting flashes, and maybe one step didn’t exactly match instructions, but figured it out for the right mode and delay time.

Inferior quality
I installed a lot of lutron occupancy switch in my house. Programming is such a breeze. My lutron switch lately failed to auto off. In a laundry room. While shopping I noticed that almond color is more expensive than the white colored so I opted to buy this cheaper legrand but now i know why it is cheaper. It has very inferior quality. Programming is confusing. Please stay away from this. I will probably get the lutron again even if it is more expensive.

Works well, but beware, appears to be 2 different versions of this sensor switch
I bought a total of 6 of these switches over 3 different orders within a week. Installation was pretty straightforward, but I ended up with 2 slightly different models. The first 2 I ordered, and the very last 1, did not require a neutral wire. The middle 3 did. The part # is the same, RRW600UTCCCV4. The instructions have different part numbers, though. The one that does NOT require a neutral says "341168 5/16" on the instructions; the one that DOES require a neutral says "341297 4/20." There doesn't seem to be any way to know which one you'll get, so if you end up with the version that requires a neutral and you don't have a neutral in your box, you might be kind of screwed. The instructions say to connect the neutral wire to ground, but that sounds kind of fishy to me. Your mileage may vary. Aside from this inconsistency, the switches themselves look and work great! I just wish they had a daylight sensor, so I could use it in Occupancy mode (auto-on) in my home office, instead of Vacancy mode (manual on/auto-off).

Easy Convenience for Energy Savers and Germaphobes
I've installed these switches in my mom's home and in my own home. It helps save a bit of energy, only turning on the light(s) when needed and automatically turning it off after a preset time. The motion sensor helps light areas if my hands are full or I'm trying to avoid germ spread. I've installed as single pole and 3-way without any issue. It can be a little confusing setting the timeout, but once in the proper programming mode it was easy to make adjustments. I would definitely use again wherever needed. I used an inexpensive multimeter to test for line/hot, traveler, and load wires. The wire nuts are small, but I was able to use the existing house wire nuts where there was a small bundle of line/hot wires.

Excellent motion detection
Our 5 year old house has these installed in several places. The "click" mechanism failed in one. The switch still worked if you just touch the area rather than click it but I wanted to replace it. The this part number is slightly different than the ones installed in the house but went in without a hitch and works as it should. Pay attention to the instructions if you decide to change the programming.

They are great product to save electricity and turn on every time you enter the room But I ordered 7 and 2 of them are not working

No es un sensor de presencia y no trae la placa. Espere mucho para nada, tendré que regresar lo. Falsa promoción en la oferta

When used in pair with a regular 3-way switch, the switches do not consistently control the light. It takes from 2 to 4 flips in order to turn on/off the light, especially on the regular switch side. Tried a replacement unit, same issue - it sounds like a design issue.
