I have Essential Tremors and this was recommended to me by a nurse. These pens come in 1 blue and 1 black with 6 ink refills for both colors. The pens are wide with rubber grip on the bottom so the pen does not slip out of your hand. They come with a nice long neck cord so you don't lose it. (I like that feature as I am always losing my pen.) They were a little over $8.00 so I thought that was decent for 2 pens and 12 ink refills. They work well and my signature is better than before. I would by again and I recommend these to someone with tremors or no tremors. Very comfortable.

My kiddos love the look, but these are for me! I need something to help July writing so I am not gripping tightly to a tiny pen. These write so well, I left it clicked “on” and hung around my neck by the strap- only to find it had brushed my leg and left ink behind! So, I make sure to click it “closed” when finished writing and before I hang it back up now!

These pens are wonderful! They make it much easier for someone with arthritis in the fingers to hold the pen. They write well with good ink flow and are well made.

FYI: For my 90 yr old family member. Loves the size! Short & somewhat stubby. This is the second set bought. The first set needed refills & these refill fit in similar pens that have weights in them. This deserves a 5 star for that. I gave it a 4 because: These do not have the weights, however, if needed weights ( from other same style weighted ones) can be inserted into these also. The ink is not a gel type, just the regular fine point. Writes & did not skip. As for Seller: Used before & would again. Thank you. Will buy again as needed now that we have the weights. But they may be perfect for someone who does not need a heavy pen to keep hand steady.

I got these for my momma who has difficulty gripping with her dominate hand due to her condition. While she has since been able to train herself to write with her other hand, she still wanted something that allowed her to use her usual, dominate hand. These pens are a great size and comfortable for my momma to grip, but the quality from the ink chambers/cartridges were hit or miss. As far as ink flow, she had to try 3 different cartridges to find one that would not skip and actually write upon contact of the paper. Once properly working, the pen is easy to use; I could even see how this would be great for kids first learning to write as the size is easier for their tiny [uncoordinated] hands to grab! I'm giving this item a 3 star because while the pack does come with a lot of replacement ink, it sucks that some had to be discarded without even using. The pen is worth trying out though, especially for someone with difficulty gripping standard pens/pencils.

This item is perfect for my 87 year old father with Parkinson's. He picked up the pen and said, Wow this is so much better than a regular pen. I ca actually sign my name now"

You receive Two pens with the refills and the pens are on a lanyard very easy to hold my husband has Parkinson’s and can still hold on to the pen to sign his name

My wife bought these after developing neuropathy from chemotherapy treatments. They have greatly helped her to write things down legibly.
