These wrist straps are great. I tried other types and none of them worked for me. A friend recommended these and they're a real winner. I was able to increase my lifting weight since I now had a firm grip on the weights. So happy I gave them a try. They are comfortable, not too thick, but thick enough for a good grip. Great design and worked well for my small hands. They come in at a great price point.

These rest straps really helped me lift heavier weights. They are grippy, well-made, sturdy and fit my small, smaller than average wrists perfectly. Though they do have ones for regular or larger wrist as well.

They are lifting straps. A little thick but they work. So far I was able to single arm 250 low row (machine) and there are no tears. And the colors are a nice touch. Helps separate them from others.

Great solid product. Does the job. I lift heavy but have poor grip strength. This product has changed my gains in a good way. I went from deadlifting 80 lbs (for a long time) to currently 115lbs because I have not hindered by my grip strength anymore.

I’ve had these for about 6 months and they seem to be great so far! They are comfortable and provide a lot of support when I’m doing pull downs or rdls. When I don’t use them, I seriously cannot do the same weight because of the lack of support. They fit great, of course, and are adjustable! I don’t lift super heavy, so I have only tested it up to about 60lb dumbbells and 75lb pull downs.

I love these straps, and just tested them out at the gym the other day. Because the straps are thin, strong, and grippy, it's easy to wrap them around the weight bar and grab on. If you have bigger hands, almost any kind of wrist strap will be fine as long as it's well made, but for smaller hands I've found it's important to get ones with thin strong straps, and these are perfect for that. If you're new to weight straps, the reason thin is better for small hands, is because when you wrap it around the bar, if the straps are too thick, it makes it hard to hold the bar because of the fabric added to the diameter of what you're trying to grab. If you have smaller hands that can make it hard to keep a hold on them...which defeats the purpose of getting these in the first place. So, finding these was a huge help and I'll both be continuing to use them and highly recommend.

Beim Kreuzheben bis 120 kg entlasten die Zughilfen die Unterarme merklich, sodass ich mich stärker auf die Zielmuskulatur konzentrieren kann. Die Polsterung am Handgelenk ist angenehm und verhindert Druckstellen oder Einschneiden, selbst bei mehreren Sätzen. Insgesamt sitzen die Zughilfen stabil und sicher. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig. Material und Nähte machen einen soliden Eindruck, und auch im Training halten die Straps zuverlässig an der Hantel, ohne zu verrutschen. Ein Nachjustieren während der Übung ist nicht notwendig. Die Handhabung ist einfach und auch für Einsteiger schnell verständlich. Nach kurzer Eingewöhnung lassen sich die Zughilfen zügig anlegen und einsetzen. Bisher konnte ich keine negativen Punkte feststellen – weder in Bezug auf Verschleiß noch auf Geruch oder Materialermüdung. Fazit: Eine sinnvolle Ergänzung für das Krafttraining, insbesondere bei Zugübungen. Die Zughilfen bieten spürbare Unterstützung, sind angenehm zu tragen und gut verarbeitet. Für den Preis erhält man ein sehr gutes Gesamtpaket, das das Training effektiv verbessern kann.
