No customer service response
One of the two bracelets stopped connecting/working. I tried contacting customer support with no response at all. I ended up returning for a refund which they were prompt to do but was disappointed we couldn't get the bracelet going again.

Vibrates anytime
Only 1 device is connected to Bluetooth and app and it vibrates and blinks. This means wether the other person is touching there's or not yours will still vibrate when u bump it or touch it your self. You never truly know if the other person is actually thinking of you or its just vibrating on its own. Next time I need to read the reviews. I just wanted to send an affordable 1 to my man long distance. I will invest more for a better 1

Not an easy sync
I tried to understand and sync them but maybe it was the impatience in me cause I could not get them to send the signal to each other so I returned them.
