I use Bloom Nutrition’s Superfood Greens Powder daily and have really loved it. I like knowing that by taking it, I’m actually getting my greens in—especially since I’m not the best at including them in my meals consistently. It’s been great for supporting gut health and digestion, and I’ve noticed a reduction in bloating. It also helps boost my energy levels, which is a big plus for getting through busy days. I’ve tried a few flavors, but the mango is my absolute favorite. It doesn’t have that gritty texture that a lot of other greens powders do, so it’s way more enjoyable. I usually just mix it with water, but it also blends really well into smoothies for an extra fruit-and-veggie boost. Overall, I appreciate that Bloom uses clean ingredients and actually tastes good. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to add more greens and nutrients into their daily routine.

i’m telling you, mix it with hot green tea and honey. it tastes better that way. BELIVE MEEEEE!!!!! i’ve heard of people mixing with juice as well, water isn’t the only option !!! it smells good and tastes like watered down tea, it’s not bad but has a powdery aftertaste like those flintstone powdery vitamins in my opinion. i’ve been taking these for about 3 or 4 days and so far i’ve had to pee a lot and i’m not as bloated. the only thing you can do is give them a try!!

important things to note from my and others’ reviews: - existing gut issues: it sounds like some people who purchased were experiencing some sort of gut health/digestion issues and looking to this supplement for some sort of solution — that was (is?) the case for me. I had been experiencing digestion issues, that after months of trial/error (including this product) were mostly resolved after cutting out gluten. Not saying this is the case for you, but this didn’t solve it, changing my diet did. - I am no health care provider, so take this with a grain of salt: the ingredients are, overall, good for you. Who’s going to argue with the positive health impact of more super greens in your diet? My review: If you’re looking to lose weight, I can say my cravings have noticeably been reduced since trying this supplement, which may have contributed to *some* weight loss. I feel more full when I pair this with my whey protein in my morning smoothie. I don’t feel more energized, but I am sleeping better and feel more calm and focused throughout the day. Other than that, bloom did not resolve my digestion issues— frankly my bowel movements (good and bad) look to have been unaffected by this product. Drink water, don’t solely rely on this powder to get your daily intake of greens, avoid heavily processed foods, and you’ll be fine. If you still have stomach issues, you should visit your doctor.

I have yet to find greens that taste this good and make me feel great! They are so so yummy and make me feel good. I have read reviews about there not being a lot in the container but it lasts as long as it states! Add them to your routine!

Terrible a complete lie as the flavor says mango and taste terrible no scent or flavor of mango. Did one scoop and can’t even do any more complete waste of money. Never will buy again

overhyped honestly. 3 stars bcs it tastes good. I tried this because of tiktok but it doesn't really help. I like super greens by live it up better

If you think about what you are drinking you should know that it’s not going to taste good. However, if you pour it over lots of ice and use a straw, it’s decent. It’s kinda sweet with a pinch of mango. Before I used a straw I could smell the greens and it was causing me to have a hard time drinking it. I used a blender to make sure it was all mixed in and it caused the drink to bubble and froth on the top. Once I scooped the top froth out of my glass it was mixed in just fine and I didn’t notice chunks. Like all the other reviews say the jar came less than half full but it says there are 25 scoops so paying $35 doesn’t seem like a scam as others have said in their reviews. Still too early to say if it works or not. I will update in 2 weeks.

Received my bloom and opened it to find out that it’s half empty 😑

Flavour is good but was surprised at the size of the container it came in. It was a lot smaller than I was expecting. Lots of warnings associated with this product and due to the small container the print is extra small. Overall a 3/5 just for the flavour. I won’t be purchasing this product again though
