Better in cold pasta dishes.
Not great for warmer dishes. It turns to mush. P Better as a cold pasta like for macaroni salad or tuna pasta salad. Very delicious.

Best tasting GlutenFree Pasta I have had. The 3 ingredients make for a very tender noodle

Good replacement noodle
I found out that I can't have flour. These help with certain meals that I missed. I made seafood salad with these. It's definitely a different texture but was very enjoyable to have. The price is kinda high so I won't eat it often but it's nice to have different options.
