Good, inexpensive option if all you need is a simple snap hook. ( use mine on the end of a pull cord for lifting stuff into a tree stand... works well.

Strong.
I use this to make functional outdoor skirts. These clips are sturdy and hold up to my rough treatment of them! These clips are thick, the clip is strong and reliable. I would love a smaller clip with the same size hole for the nylon webbing…but that’s just my application preference. Easy to grab and do and undo. The swivel is definitely strong as well, I’m impressed.

Ideal answer to making lanyards requiring no metal
If you are making lanyards for anyone in the medical field, particularly for x-ray technicians, these are the "no metal" answer. They are remarkably sturdy and a perfect size for lanyards. Pair with quick-release fasteners and you are all set.
