Rocoto Pepper + Amarillo Pepper

Great sauces don't know what took me so long to order, super tasty, and can be use in so many different ways, on the side medium heat level for people that aren't used to spicy food, great with crackers, over rice or boiled potatoes and eggs. Great price for two large easy to refrigerate and storage containers

I fell in love with rocoto sauce when there was a Peruvian restaurant near here. They went out of business, and I had been craving rocoto sauce for some time, when I found this. I'm thrilled to find an acceptable replacement. I really love this sauce. It isn't quite as amazing as the sauce the restaurant served, nor similar sauces I had while in Panama. It's not quite as spicy, hot, or sweet (I want spicy, hot and sweet), but it's close enough. It tastes great on my tamales, if I could find gluten-free empanadas I'm sure it would taste awesome on those too. It's expensive, especially if you like what you eat to be really saucy, like I do. I go through it very fast. It's overpriced for the amount I get. I wish they would offer it in a larger container, or in a two bottle set that's just rocoto sauce. The aji sauce is good, but I don't really have a purpose for it. Everything I would eat aji sauce on, I would rather put rocoto on. I either have to buy something that's only half what I want, or I have to buy single bottles at a much higher price per ounce, then the already high price. It seems all their multi bottle sets have the aji sauce in them, aji is inescapable. Why?

I buy these for a burrito station at my job, and the students here love'em. Especially the tropical heat. Moderately priced, bottle are great looking, easily squeezable, and just a great hit all around.

Spicy mayonnaise at best. Do not buy this.

Really miss having some ahi Amarillo with some chicken, yucca or pretty much anything. These are definitely some of the better sauces I’ve had, mayo flavor dominates a little bit but I love it.

Not alot of flavor and what flavor there is, is odd. All there taste very similar. Save your money. They also have to be refrigerated once opened so they take up space in the fidge.

Tasty, but soybean oil 🤢

These two sauces are a great combination in our household. I like the heat of the Rocoto Pepper hot sauce and my wife might someday try the Amarillo Pepper hot sauce (which I also enjoy). Use either one in place of mustard on your ham sandwich, hot dog or burrito and you will have a new experience that may become your standard in the future.
