I purchased the Poly Voyager 4320 UC headset after experiencing discomfort with the standard headsets provided at my call center job. My ears are particularly sensitive, especially around the cartilage, and this headset has been a game-changer. It offers the flexibility of being wireless, allowing me to move around freely, which is a huge plus. Additionally, I can plug it in during Zoom meetings to ensure I remain connected without worrying about battery life. The sound clarity this headset provides is exceptional, significantly improving my ability to understand callers, which has been invaluable for both work communications and gaming. I've now transitioned to using it primarily as a gaming headset, and it continues to impress with its durable build and consistent performance over the year. The Bluetooth range is extensive; I can walk nearly anywhere in my house without losing connection. Another great feature is its capability in voice dictation for creating documents in Word. It captures my words clearly, enhancing my productivity. Poly has released a new version of this headset, which I have not yet tried, but I am ordering it for my husband who plans to use it for computer gaming. Very comfortable headset! It’s lightweight and doesn’t press on the head even after hours of use. The sound quality is excellent – clear voice and a microphone that blocks background noise well. The battery lasts a long time and it easily connects to both computer and phone. Perfect for work calls or home use.

This is the cheapest worst headset ever created. The fact they charge $100+ is criminal. These things are made in a chinese factory for pennies. Constantly turns off or disconnects from my phone while I'm pitching clients. Mic works on and off, people complain audio is low. Sometimes they'll just shut off and not turn back on for a minute. Battery meter is completely useless, will say low battery then I'll restart them and they'll say battery is full. They also make this terrible static noise in your ear if you turn them on but don't play any audio. As I'm typing this review the headset is literally off and still playing static beeping nosies in my ear. This is literally the worst headset ever made. I've had $20 headsets on Temu work better than this garbage, and I'm not exaggerating. Do not give these people your money. Absolute scam artists with this pricing vs quality.

Love this headset I’ve only had it a little over a year, but I’m super happy with it. It’s comfortable on my ears. It’s easy to use. It’s professional. I never have a problem communicating with clients on the other end with this headset or operating it it’s very simple to use. It holds a charge for as long as I need it all day. Highly recommend.

This device is expensive compared to the Poly wired headsets, but I really like it. I do a lot of Teams calls when working from home and when I do not have my camera on, I can walk around my office area. The connection for this device is amazing. I walked to the third floor of my home and never lost a connection. The headset is comfortable, and I use it when I am listening to music on my laptop. The battery life is really impressive, and sound quality is impressive. I really like the boom mic feature that mutes the mic when I raise the boom mic away from my mouth.

I’ve been using this headset for 2 days now and I’m already really impressed. The sound quality is super clear, and the noise-canceling mic blocks out background noise better than I expected. It was super easy to connect to both my laptop and phone, and the charging stand is a nice touch—it looks clean on my desk. It’s also very lightweight and comfortable, even during long Zoom calls. So far, it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I chose this one.

These are light weight and hold a charge. The problem is have found are they do not cancel background noise if you are taking calls. Easy to use for volume control and for teams calls.

Super Headset..... Anfangs hatte ich Probleme, den Dongle zum Laufen zu bekommen. Er hat zwar geblinkt, aber sich nicht mit dem Headset verbunden. Ich musste den Dongle dann einmal drehen, dann hat er sich sofort verbunden. So ist das nun mal mit USB-C. Die Sprachqualität wird von meinen Mitmenschen als perfekt bezeichnet. Auch ich höre mein Gegenüber sehr gut und vom Klang her sehr harmonisch. Der Tragekomfort ist auch gut. Bisher hatte ich es aber nur wenige Stunden am Stück auf. Was schön wäre, wenn er auf beiden Seiten blinken würde, wenn man im Gespräch ist. Aber das sind Luxusprobleme. Ich würde mir das Teil wieder kaufen.

.........En tant que sénior, devenu malentendant, j'ai besoin d'un casque à la puissance sonore suffisante et donc élevée. J'en ai essayé plusieurs, insuffisants que Amazon m'a repris, merci. Sauf un autre, conservé trop longtemps pour cela. Celui-ci répond enfin à mon attente, en puissance et qualité sonore. d'où mes 5* J'apprécie aussi le bouton on/off mécanique (bien qu'il mériterait être plus gros), les fonctions + /- bien distinctes et le bouton central. Sa portée est aussi très bonne. Mais je ne l'ai pas essayé avec le dongle. Par ailleurs semble bien correspondre au descriptif et aux avis clients. Bien que, comme tous les autres constructeurs, je ne trouve pas, en descriptif, la moindre info sur la puissance sonore. Grosse lacune car nous représentons un potentiel clients non négligeable. Ce qui m'amène à communiquer en premier sur ce sujet. Cependant me semble bien trop cher pour sa prestation et de ce fait pourrait perdre 1 ou 2 *.
